Holi is almost here, and it's time to get the party started! And what's a Holi celebration without some lip-smacking thandai, right? But hold on - I've got something beyond the ordinary for you this year!
Introducing our Kulimate thandai recipe with a delicious twist - Paan-flavored thandai kulfi.
This flavor-packed delight is sure to steal the show at your Holi party.
Why stick to the same old routine when you can add a dash of Hatke flavor to your festivities, right?
Here's to a Holi filled with flavor and fun!
Recipe:
2 tbsp pista
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp almonds
1 tsp ghee
5-6 black peppers
4-5 cardamoms
1 tbsp melon seeds
1 large pinch saffron
2 tbsp rose petals
Saute everything over low flame for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool down before adding to a blender.
Add 8 paan leaves
150 gms condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
Milk 1/2 cup
Blend this till smooth. Add in 1 more cup milk and 150 gms of fresh cream. Blend again.
Add in 2 tbsp of gulkand and mix. Pour into kulfi moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours till set.
Garnish with silver foil, rose petals and pista.
