I tried the Raw Fruit & Veggie Detox for 12 Days || Miracle?? ||

  • We always hear about the amazing benefits of eating healthy, but what about going on a 12 day strict diet of ONLY raw fruits and veggies?
    Would I notice any changes in such a short time?
    There are many testimony's on CZcams of others who have changed their diet to a complete raw veggie / fruit diet and have claims of reversing incurable diseases. I believe it is POSSIBLE!!
    Check out a guy named Dr. Sebi and people who have followed his diet. I for one just wanted to do this as a trial, but now that I have, I'm going to continue this journey, however, I will incorporate a little meat and cooked meals.
    Here is a complete list of the ONLY foods I ate during the 12 day detox:
    Beets (juiced)
    Carrots (whole and juiced)
    Broccoli
    Celery (whole and juiced)
    Avocado
    Cucumber
    Apples (whole and juiced)
    Bananas
    Pineapple (I made Pineapple / coconut water smoothies, yum!)
    Dates
    Strawberries
    Blueberries
    Blackberries
    Raspberries
    Deep green lettuces (no Iceburg)
    Portabella mushrooms (baby bellas)
    Walnuts
    Wild rice (cooked once, eaten warm after cooked, then cold if leftovers)*
    *Nothing microwaved! All cold, except rice
    Beverages:
    Ice mountain spring water (or filtered tap water)
    Vita coconut water
    Tea (tea bags of chai, lavender or chamomile)
    For my lunch salad I mixed these together:
    Mixed super green lettuces, shredded carrots, avocado, broccoli, mushrooms, a little rice, walnuts, splash of apple cider vinegar and olive oil, sprinkled a little sea salt and toasted sesame seed (or organic "everything bagel" seasoning.
    My go to juice recipe (made with juicer):
    (1) medium beet with stems, (4) carrots, (1) green apple, (2) sticks celery
    I did NOT do an all ORGANIC detox, the fruits and veggies I ate were regular, some may have been organic, but I do not believe that makes a huge difference, as long as you are eating fruits and veggies!

    Love your video , finally. , someone talking about the detox symptoms … I’m on day 4 , and the nausea and mild headaches starting to kick in … but I’m dedicated , I’m tired of eating horribly .

      Thank you! Check out Dr. Sebi. Lot of great testimonies. Finding people talking about him was the reason I tried this 12 day detox. After day 4, my headaches were completely gone and still are to this day!! I make better eating decisions now, keep me posted!

    I totally agree with you on how i look at food now. I'm African American and "Soul Food" was all i knew been weaning myself from the soul food for about 10 years and i must say going raw was the best decision i've ever made.

      I'm like the whitest guy ever so for me it is more "junk food" and "fast food" than "soul food" but I know what you mean. The thing is, it's gotten to a point where I'm starting to think that this is part of who we are and maybe aren't meant to give it up, per se. Instead, do the occasional detox to let your body reset. But I acknowledge that everyone is different

    you will face various detox stages as you go through the raw diet. Meditation, long walks, exercise, playing instruments. Healthy lifestyle choices will help reduce detox symptoms. Eventually the detox will get pretty strong ( unless you crack and eat cooked food which will end the detox ) . For those strong enough to go through the detox, coming out the other side will feel like heaven.

    You should have been drinking Alkaline water. I drink that as well as watermelon water. I have lived a vegan/ Raw lifestyle for over 10 years and I would never go back to eating meat.
    Eating this way gives me so much energy and my skin is flawless. My eye color actually changed back to light blue which is the color I was born with but they turned grey as I got older and I am African American.
    I’m very happy that you enjoyed your journey and I pray you adapt that as a way of life

    I have that mind mouth issue..especially working nights by myself and live by myself. You can lose those communication, social skills..but they come-back once you are around people and interacting again. Good plan starting a youtube channel!
    Also your face is glowing and your energy level is notable!

    I wonder if the ease of breath is because of less inflammation in the body. I went plant based (not raw) months ago and feel like my heart rate and breathing is soooo much better.

      Yes, I believe that's what it is. I have eliminated sugar, alcohol and dairy from my diet. No coffee still, only tea. I still eat meat, but not nearly as much as I have in the past, just much more fruit and vegetables!

    Yes! I am finishing up day 3 of raw vegan eating and you are absolutely correct! Those headaches were enough to almost make me quit but I'm glad I didn't! My headache finally went away this afternoon. I had it since yesterday and I don't normally have headaches. I'm grateful to God for revealing to me that I may experience detox symptoms eating raw vegan. Otherwise I would have thought something was wrong with me concerning the headaches. Great info!       Amen! I have learned so much more about "healthy" eating since going on this detox! Feeding our bodies with nurishing foods is so important... not just avoiding junk food, but also eating good food that our cells need. I try to eat at least 1 apple and 1 banana per day, along with nuts (walnuts / pecans) and berries (strawberries / blueberries). I have avoided dairy, sugar and coffee since my 12 day. Another part of my journey was quitting alcohol, not sure if I mentioned that or not, but it has been almost 1 year where I have not had a drop. God bless you, keep me posted on your journey!

    Awesome. I’m doing 30 days raw and find the coffee cravings and evenings without grounding cooked meals being the toughest right now.

      For the 12 day, I would eat mostly whole. I did a juice mix of apples, beets, carrots and celery 3 times during the whole 12 day period

      Do it! I have continued to eat healthier, and have no more headaches (they used to be mild all day, every day), no more joint pain, and still notice better breathing. There is so much more to eating healthy than people realize. Please keep me updated!!

    The steak i had was disgusting tasting and the butter on my potato. I told my friend i think I've been delivered of this. And my sence of smell is more sensitive when i eat more raw fruits and vegetables.

      Honestly, it was wonderful! I didn't feel bad afterwards or get any headaches either. After this detox, I ventured off into a plant based diet, that lasted for about a month, but now I eat everything (cooked meals, meat, plant based, etc.) but I try to eat mostly WHOLE foods (nothing processed with artificial dyes or flavors) and stay away from sugar. I will admit, I do slack from time to time, but I'm also human lol.

    You may be interested in your astrological natal chart. It may help make connection to how you communicate and process social settings.       Hi Yaser! I will make a follow up video soon, many people have reached out to me with many questions, but yes, it does help very much with the colon as well, I suggest 1 red apple & banana per day and drink a lot of water to where you are going to the bathroom at least once per hour. I also recommend a probiotic called MEGA spore biotic by ONFIPOK micro-biome labs. You can find it on amazon.com.       I've heard the same thing, but I did take 1 tylenol to help and it worked better than water. I was drinking a lot of it, and it wasn't working

    Don’t think the spring water is any better than tap water. Research microplastics in water from those bottles. Also most bottled water is simply tap water.

      Yeah, who knows? Tap water is treated pretty heavily with chemicals too, so it's choosing the lesser of the two evils I guess

    Maybe you just didn't do it for long enough. 🤷 some things take longer ppl, do raw fruits and vegetables for 30 to 60 days or more, and then more of the brain fog goes away. I guess it probably depends on how many toxins we have built up in our bodies and brains.

      ​@@BuildwithBrianeating just fruits seems to heal nearly everything if done ling enough. I learned alot abiut carnivore and did fruit and meat for a little while, but after 2 and half month it started to make me feel like aswell as other symptoms coming back that the fruit got rid of. And the annoying thing was that alot of people in the carnivore community thought fructose was as bad for you as sugar, they couldnt understand how it could heal all sorts including diabetes. I felt like the people teaching it to the followers didnt really know what they was talking about. But not taking away from the benefits people found doing it, i know of alot of people who found healing through it, and i now put that down to fasting, mono eating and cutting out all the other foods, oxalates, sugars etc..

      I agree! I started eating like the way I used to and I do not feel as good as I did when I was on raw fruits and vegetables. I am now trending back to eating more raw and cutting out meat, dairy and gluten again.

      @@safiahnordin5116 Yes. Raw food all day until dinner (4 pm or what time you have your dinner...😊. The diet is just called "raw till four"... )
      At dinnertime you eat cooked food. You can eat only cooked food, or raw veggies with your cooked meal, or only raw food at dinner some days. It's your choice! 😊🌽🌰🥬🌸
