- Just a couple of months ago I did not know you could do this, snowboarding in Spain as part of a beach holiday is crazy! It is however very doable in the south of Spain. Join me on a day trip to the Sierra Nevada.

Been going to Sierra Nevada for about 20yrs, from our base near Fuengirola, takes us about 2hrs, great roads, will be back in January (snow dependent) thing is, if you can ski on Sierra Nevada's boiler plate ice, anywhere else is a doddle... Love the place, & the video was great...

love it .. but the nearest beach is a lot closer than 3 and a half hours... maybe an hour at most... Trust us to live SO far away from the ski slopes 🤣

they were at the south of Valencia, in the East. The beaches at the south of Granada's province, where Sierra nevada is (tallest mountains in the Iberian Peninsula with 3492m), are much closer.
