That looks delicious! I’ve never had them prepared any which way cuz they’re so darn expensive but mmmm they sure look good!! I have a request!! I’ve been looking into homemade dark chocolate bars with cacao powder or nibs and cacao butter. I’ll infuse my cacao butter but you don’t need to. My question is can it be done in the deluxe cooking blender? Theoretically I think we could do all steps in the blender, including tempering. What do you think and would you want to try it??
Ohhhh that is a hard one. I don't know if I can control what temp the cooking blender comes to... so this might scorch the chocolate. However, if you have the Multi Cooker, you can sous vide to temper your chocolate!

As long as it's 400 and under, it should be okay. :)
I always use it, but my air fryer tops out at 400. It gives me a crispier finish.
