TFS, Amanda! I am a paralegal who uses a fountain pen (nobody knows how to use one at work, so my pens don’t “walk” out of my office 😂). It makes sense to me to use an archival quality ink. So, for fast jot-down’s and notes on the fly, I use J. Herbin blotting paper. It really, really works on preventing smudges, because sometimes, who has time to wait for ink to dry?
Love your layouts, so pretty! I just moved into a Hobonichi Weeks this month and also bought some Sterling Ink stickers, so this video was perfect for getting inspo! 😊♥️

Your layouts are just gorgeous! And I'm 100% with you on things in my planners (especially my bujo) being uniform. My OCD does not like things to be too scattered about!

Ive switched out my chisel tipped Mildliners with the brush tipped ones. Best of both worlds!

If you don’t have the warm gray tombow (N79), I highly recommend it. It’s the closest thing I’ve found to a taupe, and my favorite neutral.

YESSS I KNOW RIGHT 😭 I feel so lucky. That wasn’t the plan.. I got tickets where I live in Houston (nosebleeds) and my friend who lives in Chicago got her own tickets (100 level), we are both huge swifties and that was that until she was like WAIT why don’t we go to each others concerts?! And we’re gonna go to the stationery stores in each others cities as mini trips!! So it worked out amazing and I’m so happy, I joked with her that I feel bad because I kinda got the better deal since my seats kinda suck! 🙈 they’re far in the side stage nosebleeds. I’m sooo grateful! I hope they announce international dates soon for you!

I think I might try that soon, I’ll do a video planning for next week how I set up before the new week starts! The only thing is that I do a lot of filling out as the week goes on… so my initial setup isn’t even close to a full page of writing if that makes sense. It may be a short video, but I will still do it!! ❤️

OMG people talk about how you write? WOW? I mean really, why do they care? Interesting.... ? Nice planning, so clean and minimalist.
What is your favorite pen?
Favorite gel pen is the Pilot Juice .38 and Uniball One, favorite fountain pen is so hard to say because I have many I love… for my planner I like the Pilot Vanishing Point because it’s easy to click versus removing a cap, but otherwise I love sailor pro gears, the pilot custom 823 and the platinum 3776! Don’t make me choose! 🤣 those are higher end pens so of course they write beautifully but my fav lower end is kaweco student and TWSBI Diamond 580. I know I just said a million pens, see, it’s hard! Lol
@amanda leigh I have a Kaweco Student in a piano black. It's a broad nib, and it writes very smoothly. I don't know why this model is not as popular as the Sport version.
