Don't know why but I always prefer playing the I chord as 2nd inversion - ie. in this case G-C-E, then moving down to G, back up to Am, then down again to F. I think it just seems a nicer transition from C to G - less of a tonal jump. Of course, I'd also throw in a few suspended 4ths and give it a bit of a groove (hence the profile monicur)
from my experiments and experience, if you want a super spiritual chord progression, try and do the upward 1-5-6-4 progression. almost sad but ver powerful in the spirit.
@@alcatraz0198 instead of following the progression down, like she demonstrates it, use the same chords, going up in the opposite direction, Quite literally transposing her tutorial into a higher octave

It was an Am. That's because In the key of C, the chords are C, Dm, Em, F, G, Am and B diminished. As the previous respondent stated, there is no C# in the key of C, and an A major chords needs a C#
This is called parallel chords. An overused loop🤣🤣 I feel like i dont have inspiration, ok lets just use the basic pop turn around so we can earn easy money🙃
Let it beeee, let it be, let it beeee o let it be. Whisper words of wisdom let it beeeee.
I’m trying to learn scales for guitar playing, not piano. But looking at notes in a different shape than I’m used to is blowing my mind!! :)

The more common one is 1-6-4-5 (I-vi-IV-V).

Cool lesson! But you played A minor, not A major.
Am.
And I didn't mean to be mean. Or maybe I am mistaken? Sometimes I can't see details.
In C major scale , Am is played coz C# is not in the scale !!
