I absolutely adore you both and your reactions. This song broke me back when it released and still affects me. I just did my first session of therapy this last Monday. If you want to count my social worker two therapists. Had to remove myself from work. PTSD and alot more. This song deserves the title of best callab. Dax is today's Tupac.. truly good artist with a good message. You guys should check out his new song called "dear alcohol" that song also has a powerful message. ❤

As a sufferer of anxiety and depression for just over 5 years, don’t keep the bad feelings locked inside. Speak to someone, it’s not embarrassing, I thought that to begin with, but once I did it felt like a weight had been taken from off my shoulders… it’s ok to not be ok ❤️

The comments about the young lady are wrong. As a father I would never ask or want a child to carry that weight. They deserve to be a child and worry about the things of a child, not the problems adults face. Youth is fleeting and flies by, so why deprive them of their youth. As a child becomes an adult; adult ways will replace those of a child. The weight of the world is a heavy one that we as men have grown strong enough to carry and when our children are grown part of that weight will become theirs. its our job to prepare them for it. In short, let children be children and allow them the joy of being young.
And if you made it to the end of the video, this young lady asked all the right questions to her farther as a daughter would. As a father he explained it perfect in a way that she will understand and carry in her heart because is was done with a fathers love.
