What happens next with the apricots and stones?

Apricots are placed to dry depending upon production and marketing, 3 kinds of apricots are sold here in Pakistan i.e seedless and seeded. If apricots are not dried to much they easy to eat and if dried appropriately they become rigid structure like a stone. Seeded are less expensive and seedless are somehow expensive but not that much. If you have 10 dollars then you can easily purchase 1kg each. The seeds of seedless apricots are nuts and are opened to get almond like nutty seeds which are also edible and taste like almonds. Here they are known as cheap almonds.

Not bitter always... They almonds on apricots are slightly sweet... And they are sold in packets in markets. They can be used to make almond milk,almond flour,. They are also used as a filling in dried apricots.. And they taste amazing.
