Most of the folks I've see putting up these little greenhouses place the unit on boards like 2x8s without a floor. That gives a little more headroom. They also use caulk or AC tape on the edges of the panels.

The seller of this project told me to watch your video for assembly helpâŠ..and I noticed you didnât follow their directions. Thatâs the best help they have given yet. The directions for this product are seriously lacking steps and clear directions.

Iâve heard using metal flashing tape on the open ends of the polycarbonate panels
Appreciate the video as Iâm looking into buying one of these. I would be afraid to put it under trees those, as a branch could fall off and the polycarbonate looks pretty thin.

It is flimsy but it lasted 3 years no issues, I screwed it to deck , I sold the house.

Interesting video helped a lot, but why so close to swaying bushes and how about the light penetration?? A strong wind will blow like a sail against the tall bushes and destroy that greenhouse. I wish the music was classical or a little better.
Why would you put a greenhouse among trees where limbs can fall and damage it? And in the shade? Seems like a bad spot for a greenhouse to me.

Terrible location! Not enough sun for 80% of plant growth.
Youâre absolutely correct I ended up moving and left the greenhouse there. The greenhouse was a solid design though, but I did screw it down to the deck that helped but other than that I think the only thing I wouldâve added was I wouldâve added a lower skirt which wouldâve made it taller but I do agree it was so shady it didnât make any sense, I would probably build one myself out of old windows if I had to do it again to make it airtight to hold air heat

My unit was completely stable. Never blew away was completely solid. I completely disagree. Please share pictures of what failed and what brand that you bought.
