I just had the same problem yesterday. I couldn't decide but i ended up ordering the element on amazon and i don't really regret it. Plus im sure penny is more for crusing and an element is tricks. Plus it was around 50 bucs on amazon and 5 star reviews. So my opinion? Element board.
