My take on ASMR: yes, the tingles! Relaxing! But before ASMR, I didn't bother with creams and facial stuff...then I started using great products all over and my husband, who doesn't say a lot, said he had noticed my skin and hair looked great. I'm 60 this year, so that was amazing to hear.
