last summer, I put the machine away drained, and in a warm place. after i took it back out it didn't drain. Now that i have wasted two months trying to get ahold of anycubic, they sent me a new motor, which is constantly receiving an input of 12v, meaning it is always on, even if it isn't in a wash/drain/cure cycle. I am fairly sure it is something to do with the motherboard, but the company takes at least a week to get ahold of, and more if I want to get a part, and at this point, im considering just asking for a refund. I am very confused, as I seem to be the only person struggling with this issue. Is there anything I can do to fix these problems. Thank you

The anycubic Support is definitely less than ideal. I have wash and cure max connected to a smart switch, so I always turn it off when not in use.
If I do not turn my unit off a humming sound can be heard at all times, meaning that it is still receiving power even when not in use. I think they may have cut corners with the design but again you're buying from a budget Friendly brand.
If your unit was not draining, I can only assume resin may have clogged the lines.

Yes it works well. It's not perfect but it's a complete package.
