As far a technical skill on the guitar, Ted is every bit as good as Jimmy. But Jimmy was much more of an original and an innovator.

Edit: for those of you who message me saying that Ted Nugent put out his first album after Hendrix's passing, keep in mind that Nugent developed his signature sound while he was a guitarist for the Amboy Dukes. Check out "Journey to the Center of the Mind" for example, which came out in 1968.
