My testosterone went from 300 to above 900 within a few months with daily moderate strength training and by decreasing carbs intake for weight loss
I have been doing multiple cardio and strength training and adequate sleep, and I have had no smoking for 2 years, but still, my reports of testo are not even average. What is the reason? Can you tell plz.

Leg workouts, good sleep , less sugar, ghee, less porno, intermittent fasting, hiit, good protein, multi vitamins, less stress, no tight undies/ jeans, cold shower, good carbs, less cardio, staying away from phone radiation(WiFi especially), early riser, good genetics, some creatine, lots of water, non spicy food. …..you’re welcome!!!!!!!!!

I dont feel good at 1000 ng/dL. My levels now are close to 1780 mg/dL. Yes Im on TRT. I may try to go down a bit to maybe 1450 ng/ dL. But Im happy now at 1780

@@sanyasishringhey5052 lets ask our doctors, if maybe 700 to 900 is functional and 1000 to 1200 is good then why the heck a 300 number is doing there( because maybe it is superficially looking okay from the current tests but if more research is done they can tell it's not)

because it is the range for all age group men... 300 for lets say 45-50 yr old and 600-700 for average 20s adults more than that for athletes.... so if you're 20-30 and yours is 300 then it's not normal at all
