WARMUP:
5 form shots (close to basket)
hard pounds (foul line) left + right
quick dribbles below the knee (half court)
between the legs (half court)
quick between the legs cross (foul line)
DRILLS:
between the legs 1-2
between left/right 1-2
between left /right + escape
between the legs + pullup
between the legs + cross
between the legs + cross+ behind the back
hard step+ behind the back+ pullup
hard step + behind the back + push cross pullup
hard step + behind the back + in & out dribble pullup

Idk what to do, I need to go to a specialist, who can help me with my knees but we don't have the money... So I'll quit... Altough I luv so much bball, but I can't keep up....
