@Shams if u extend ur arm and ref can see its offensive foul. If their feet are set in position and not moving when you make contact with them then its an offensive foul
Even if they have a 30inch vert and you’ve lowered to 10inch vert by bumping them. You can change that to a Zero inch vertical by pushing your arm down on their shoulder. It tends to get much lesser calls than just straight up fowling someone like u did in the vid.

Another one no one talks about is put your knee in the back of their knee. Really hard to spin off or do a move if your leg can't straighten. Stay lower than them and give it a try...opposite knees by the way, this aint love and basketball

I play HS varsity basketball rn and refs call some dumb fouls sometimes when I’m just playing good defense but one thing I’ve noticed is in guys basketball the same refs call way less fouls lmao. Kinda dumb but usually I js try to figure out how the refs call the game so IK how aggressive I can be without getting a foul call

Change that to pressing down on their shoulder, changes into a zero inch vert. And gets much lesser foul calls.
