    The only problem is with obsession, is walking a fine line because it's easy for you or your team to be out of touch. This will make it harder to get the people you need on the bus in the right seats.
    With the labor force that is available right now? This type of mind thought eil definitely put you an organization at a disadvantage.
    It's a BEHAG for sure .
