Not sure if your coach already went over it, but you definitely had that arm triangle. Post your outside elbow outwards more while using a gable grip so you can lower your inside shoulder and make head to head contact. Think of it like you are trying to make your inside shoulder touch your gable grip. Cheers. Nice throw(Harai Goshi), thats shitty the ref took that away from you. Probably would of won the match sooner.
