I would bring a bag just for dirty clothes. Then when we were packing to go home, I’d combine all our clean clothes together and pack the dirty clothes in an empty suitcase. That way I only had to wash the dirty clothes and put away the clean clothes. Thanks for suggesting the Caraloha sheet sets. I am in love with them. They are the softest set of sheets!! I will be ordering another set.
I totally understand trying to be more organized and feeling overwhelmed at times. I get motivated to get up and get things done then I start and remember that I have chronic pain from a car accident 15 years ago and so I don’t get things done the way I want it.
I know how you feel about the corporate/homemaker switch! While I don’t have kids yet, I feel like a stay at home wife every other week! I work 3rd shift 7 days on 7 days off! So one week I pretty much just sleep and work then the next I do all the cleaning and cooking! It can be a tough mindset change sometimes! And I watch your cleaning videos to get motivated to clean or to just relax and escape my mess! Also stopping and focusing on my breathing has helped me so much! I listen to my body and I can tell when I’m starting to get really anxious and/or stressed. I’ll remove myself from the situation and just take a few deep breaths to calm myself down!

When i travel i pack a collapsible laundry basket to put all our dirty clothes in. Its always so helpful
I do a combination I watch a couple of videos first then start with an easy chore and work my way around while listening to videos. Sometimes if I watch first though, I will then put on music while I clean because the videos motivate me to clean.

I love your hair like that! I always wash all clothes after a trip. They just don't seem as clean when they get mixed in with the dirty clothes. Maybe it's also because I love fresh, clean laundry in general. I really enjoy your chats throughout your videos! 😊
I don't clean when I watch your videos. I enjoy watching the transformation. I tried having videos on when I'm cleaning but found u just get distracted and slow down my progress. So I watch videos in place of a movie lol

Great video! I always rewash my clothes that are in the suitcase unless I wash them right before we leave and I store them in a plastic in the suitcase. I just feel like they don't smell fresh if I just have them in the suitcase.

I love your videos. You are stronger than you realize.
So what I do is separate the laundry. My fiancé and I always pack separately and by the end of our trip we will put all our dirty clothes in one suitcase and all our clean clothes in the other. This way we feel like our clean clothes are still clean and of course less laundry!! lol

My DIL is about 3 weeks behind you with her pregnancy and is struggling too, not as much as the early weeks but just uncomfortable right now. Anyway the bar stools, and the changes you are making are so 🔥!! Like a modern subtle glam and it’s gorgeous, good choices 👌🏻. When we have been away and I pack to go home, any unworn items go into one case or bag and all the dirty stuff is sorted into other bags. That way when we get home the clean still can go straight back into dressers / closets and the dirty stuff straight into laundry baskets and all the luggage is then empty for putting away.

Take a collapsible hamper for your dirty clothes when you traveling in your vehicle. I know that isn’t possible on a plane but we did it this weekend going to the hill country and it worked great to keep dirty and wet clothes away from clean clothes

I like to clean alone but that's lonely so I watch cleaning vids as a clean haha. My husband is also good at keeping up with me and tidying up when we see something that needs attention. But bigger cleans I like to clean alone with no kids or husband and a cleaning video in the background

@@MichelleOMalley711 thank you!! It was the push I needed at the perfect time. Also, I had bad sciatic pain with my daughter and still do after with excessive cleaning marathons lol! I found that the same counter pressure (look it up) you would use during labor really helps relieve the pain! I have hubby help me.
We usually put all of the dirty clothes in another bag, either a trash bag or Walmart bag. ❤️

Hi Michelle- new to the channel so I'm catching up on your videos! I pack a garbage bag for the dirty clothes while on vacation to separate them from the clean clothes so I fo not have to rehash the clothes thst were not worn.

Depends, like you said...if they are near dirty clothes and smell or maybe got too wrinkly then they are getting washed. I usually try to separate when I can but depending on the length of a trip you cant always keep things separate. I usually feel like my clothes need a wash after I take them somewhere, same with pillows and blankets

Whenever we go on vacation I try to put my dirty clothes on one side of my suitcase and clean clothes on the other so I don’t have to wash everything. If I can’t fit it all that way and it has to be mixed i’ll just wash everything! 😊

Hi Michelle ! So sorry you're feeling unmotivated, but it's ok and normal. Do what you can when you can. My sister is also pregnant but due in July, and she was saying the same thing. I like that Tineco carpet cleaner and will have to check it out. I usually watch the same video at least twice. Once to just watch, because it's calming and relaxing, also to get motivated and make sure I don't miss anything, tips, etc. The 2nd time, I clean along with the video. I've also heard about the gentle parenting and I wish I knew about that when I was raising my daughter. She's grown now. Although, she tells me often I did an amazing job, there are some things I would've done differently. Unfortunately, children don't come with a manual or instructions. You kind of learn as you go, and each child is different. So now that you are doing the very best that you can, and that makes you an awesome mother, mommy. When my daughter was little, she had tantrums all the time and I didn't know what to do. Finally, I just let her have her moment until it was over. She eventually grew out of that. If clothes are mixed, I wash them all. But we use a separate suitcase for dirty clothes, and they are in a bag within that suitcase.

What I do is bring plastic bags and that's where I put the dirty clothes that way the clean clothes stay clean even if I put them all together in a single suitcase. 😃 I watch you for satisfaction. I do not play the videos on TV while doing the cleaning. I just sit back and relax so that I won't miss any of your talks. 😁
