Am I the only person who actually cries to this? I'm just about to turn 18, and getting ready to move out and may be going into the military. All I can think about is how my childhood is basically over and I haven't even left yet and am missing my mom terribly.

This song means so much to me. my dad was never in the army or anything, but he died of a heart attack last year, and this song helps me remember that even though he's not here, he's still with me.
I dont have any family member in the military but this song made me cry.This is for all the mighty soldiers fighting for our country and for their families that also sacrficies because they cant see their love ones everyday.For all the kids out there who dislike or disobey their parents start to realize that your lucky to have your parents by your side all the time unlike other kids. This reminds me of my older brother. A couple years ago, he was sent to a school where bad kids go. I missed him so much. We'd send letters to eachother and I saw on one of my school folders I worte that I love him. The first time I saw him at the school he started bawling and so did I. I never saw him do that before, and in that moment I knew he truly loved me. He's now 20, and he's the most amazing brother EVER! I love him so much, and I know that he'll always be there for me.
