Yes, it makes the rotating Lasers phase a lot easier also some tricks to help you out. Phase 1: Try to suck many stars when it's doing the Magalor warp attack after dodging the attack so you can hit it on the Next passby It'll sometimes Phase during the spinning spear attack to catch you off guard The trackable criss cross lasers will always lock on so either slide or Dodge Roll to a safe zone The real CE is the one with a Shadow during the healing phase A barrage of lasers, the last one charges longer than the others, Phase 2: During the shockwave Phase you can Dodge Roll the waves and touch the giant sphere, it won't harm you, Try to suck up the spheres with the lasers It'll make that section more easier The black hole attack just hold the stick in the opposite direction to escape it's really easy, just don't jump When the cutter Phase begins suck where it appears and only when it warps the third time near the end of the battle. During the giant Fireball phase suck up many stars before that sequence comes and get a big hit on the first time it flies above you and then after you jump over it after reaching the highest stack there you can get a clear hit after reaching the stack a second time to do heavy damage while it's moving The mini lasers, stay on the ground as once it fires you can suck up a lot of stars and go to town on the boss, rinse and repeat.
I find that neutral Kirby actually deals considerably more damage with the stars he inhales rather than using any other copy ability. It's strange since it's supposed to deal more damage or at least have an advantage than neutral Kirby.

This game has some of the BEST sets of bosses I've ever seen in a game! And the fact that you can take them all down without Copy Abilities is a testament to that!
kirby without copy abilities is actually one of his strongest states because you can inhale multiple stars that can do about as much damage as a charged hammer attack and you don't have to get close to the enemy to hit too
@@meep7895 In a way, I feel like Kirby and The Forgotten Land is a little less tense than Star Allies. A little more in line with Return To Dreamland and Tripple Deluxe. Maybe you should look up those final bosses.
Tornado is easy to use in a lot of bosses since they share a pattern of using many horizontal attacks. If you just hover a bit, then attack midair then you can dodge those attacks, get damage in, then pick up the stars
I have one thing to say about Elfilis' boss music. Its awesome. Heck the whole soundtrack is awesome. Especially the intro. This is the first Kirby game with actual lyrics and I am not mad about that. Its like Hal said "Oh you like the soundtracks from Kirby? Well have a listen to the new intro". The first time I heard the intro I screamed. I loved every minute of the intro because of that and when I played Wild mode I didn't skip the intro to listen to it again :D
If you listen to the middle part of his theme you hear Void Termina's theme, you'll notice it in the video right as Kirby extracts the Chaos Orb from his back.
Watching my brother do this final boss and also seeing this video has officially made me want to play the whole game. I been putting this game off but I can wait no longer. I'm starting Kirby and the Forgotten Land tomorrow. Edit: 2 months later I played the shit outta that game and fought Chaos Elfelis so many times as neutral Kirby. Freakin loved it
The shadow he summons in phase 2 was one of my favorite moments in kirby. Fecto Elfilis and Chaos Elfilis are some of the coolest final bosses imo. But pretty much every kirby final boss is awesome. kirby is just awesome
I died 3 times in a row to this thing using double lifebars and meta knight sword (no other buffs) The fact you no hit it with normal of all options is beyond impressive
Tip: Use Morpho Knight Sword instead, and use Double Health. If you need Star Coins for Power-Ups, grind at Boss Levels in the World Map and just cheese through them. Also, go to the cafe and get a Maxim Tomato to-go, just in case.

And don’t forget: the Morpho Knight Sword gives you health if you hit enough times, so it is basically a requirement to beat the arena, it was literally designed to be the best ability
Never thought anything could top 02 for me. But this has to be one of my favorite Kirby fights. Shame I can’t fight it whenever I want, instead I have to lug through the arena first

The “and here we are” made me feel true internal rage. I just barely beat the first part of the boss (I thought that was the only part) after many retries. That quote and the new boss bar made me want to scream as loud as I could.
I just realized that when the boss tries to heal, you can find the real one because it is the only one that has a shadow; the fakes do not cast a shadow.
I was looking how to beat this enemy after spending coins trying and failing and you just gave me hope and I wanna thank you. I am planning to make a Kirby video on my channel showcasing all the copy abilities with my commentary and need to beat that boss to get the last gems needed to unlock the legendary sword weapon as I have all the others so you just gained a new sub.
Damn this is impressive, I gotta try what you did. I cheesed it with Morpho Knight Sword and then won with Dragon fire. It took two tries because Chaos Elfilis caught me off guard with that black hole at the start of phase 2.

The best requirements that helped me beat this was either Neutral Kirby, or Morpho Knight Kirby, they're best when it comes to damage dealing. Then you're gonna want a double health bar, and a Maximato in your storage for good measure.
I almost died in this fight using morpho sword, damage potion, speed potion, health potion, and M Tomato. AND YOU DIDNT EVEN TAKE DAMAGE?!?!? Seriously tho, amazing work, and My first time on this boss I thought it was impossible
Judging how this game only has 12 abilities just makes me think they've got a sequel cooking. They wanted to pick some of the most iconic and classic abilities and make them work in 3D as well as some abilities that could only work in 3D, leaving room for more later. I'm personally hoping to see fighter return, that'll be a good one
I have just completed the Ultimate Cup Z, it was… Actually a breeze, I fully maxed out speed and power boosters, had a double health bar, and the Morpho Knight Sword. The only major speedbump was Chaos Elfilis, I had to use a continue, but on my second try, I destroyed it!!!
Incredible skills. I am in awe. I've recently finished Elden Ring twice and this bastard boss is legit harder than anything in that game, without exaggeration, especially when you have to fight 11 other bosses in the lead up to it! Is there any way to skip to it if you need to start over?
If you die on the last boss you can refight it without starting again but you spend more coins each time you retry, you still need to fight the others though so you can't skip.
Imagine they put omega mode in meaning u can't take any dmg at all for the entire game or else u lose the save file... Something like steel soul from hollow knight on full radiant difficulty
As someone who initially beat this with ice, buffs, and double health - you can imagine how determined I was to beat this boss with no abilities at some point. And I have! Multiple times! It's as fun as you'd imagine, but doing it no damage takes it next level! Sadly, I haven't gotten to the no damage stage yet. Almost did it today actually, but it's first phase hit me with that right to left laser (which I pretty much always dodge) - so I basically lost focus from there 😅 But hey! I at least didn't get hit in its orb phase.. (And to take my skill level down a notch, I most definitely used the Morpho knight sword or hammer on previous bosses just to get through the arena faster because I'm only fixated on this one particular boss with no abilities/buffs/items/double health cough cough...I might try to do it all neutral...eventually)
I was amazed at how much they borrowed from dark souls for some of the bosses in this game. The move where he winds up and teleports before swinging is straight out of DS3
Tornado and Needle Kirby can throw stars as well. Also, I beat every form of Dedede in this game on the first go blind with Normal Kirby, with one Defense or Tomato (the Phantom Mask one i just had defense, and he left me with 1/4 of one life bar).
You can suck up the flesh balls to lower the amount of lasers and that phase become more manageable The cartwheels, you hold guard aka the R or L button and flick the analog stick in the direction you want to go, to do a slow mo dodge, do the Dodge Roll right before the enemy's attack connects.
I can't seem to defeat the orb at the end; I double my life bar & keep a damage increase in stock as well as use the morpho night ability but it always beats me - maybe I'll use a projectile ability next time like the space ranger or just dump the ability at the orb boss & inhale instead, although I never saw it drop stars but that's probably because I had an ability
Used the morpho knight power to beat it on my second run with the extra buffs and a tomato for safe keeping, thing is in my second run I didn’t need the extra bar of health or the tomato lol
The trailers for this game introduced a Dodge mechanic and tells you in the Options menu, which was brought over from Void Termina as you did flurry Rushes when he passed Kirby by spamming Star Shots in bullet time.
The one that follows Kirby? Yes you can do it two ways Dodge Roll backwards to avoid it but slow down so you have enough room to do that a few more times until the laser disappears after letting it follow you by running left or right. You can float when it moves since your flight isn't nerfed during boss fights but don't let go until it disappears.

man it’s so overused when it comes to soul battles..normally marx attacks do be reused in some soul battles..but drawcia’s soul attacks are more overused..
1:32 why does the health bar pop up, it only pops up when you have an item or are damaged from what I have seen in game and those spears looked a lot like they were touching Kirby
If you stop your health bar appears for a while and disappears again if it stays there permanently you got hit by something, it looks like the light spears home on you but if you run left or right you won't get hit, but slightly press up when moving and it'll hit you, for the airborne ones you have to hover as you'll get hit if you try to jump, the spinning spear attack as long as you float she won't hit you, for the giant illusion Spear attack jump once only as just running will hit you.

I used to not use copy abilities on any bosses, and eventually I realized I made things so much harder for me. But this boss is an exception.
This boss gives you the chance of swallowing a lot of stars on that bullet hell attack

It depends on the boss. Kracko in Star Allies was actually one of the few bosses I've come across that can be taken down with Copy Abilities.

Before Elfilis splits into clones, keep an eye on the shadow in the middle. The shadow follows the real one.

I never really found Chaos Elfilis to be that hard. Once I got the hang of it, I beat it really quickly. THE MORPHO KNIGHT SWORD IS SO OP!!!!

Incredible skills. I am in awe. I've recently finished Elden Ring twice and this bastard boss is legit harder than anything in that game, without exaggeration, especially when you have to fight 11 other bosses in the lead up to it! Is there any way to skip to it if you need to start over?
If you die on the last boss you can refight it without starting again but you spend more coins each time you retry, you still need to fight the others though so you can't skip.
@@u.dplaythroughs8486 Yeah, I did that with 9000 coins and died so many times that it wouldn't let me do it, ha! Ah well. Think I'll leave it.
Imagine they put omega mode in meaning u can't take any dmg at all for the entire game or else u lose the save file... Something like steel soul from hollow knight on full radiant difficulty

I BEAT CHAOS ELFILLIS WITH MORPHO KNIGHT SWORD OMG I WAS SO CLOSE TO DYING AND I LIKE TO THANK THE FORGO BABY SUMMONS FOR CARRYING THIS ENTIFE FIGHT
As someone who initially beat this with ice, buffs, and double health - you can imagine how determined I was to beat this boss with no abilities at some point. And I have! Multiple times! It's as fun as you'd imagine, but doing it no damage takes it next level!
Sadly, I haven't gotten to the no damage stage yet. Almost did it today actually, but it's first phase hit me with that right to left laser (which I pretty much always dodge) - so I basically lost focus from there 😅 But hey! I at least didn't get hit in its orb phase..
(And to take my skill level down a notch, I most definitely used the Morpho knight sword or hammer on previous bosses just to get through the arena faster because I'm only fixated on this one particular boss with no abilities/buffs/items/double health cough cough...I might try to do it all neutral...eventually)
This is probably my favorite boss in recent memory just because of how much it made me sweat lol
I already did full no dmg cup with every single thing including no ability smackerino, but drill is so hard...
With the first two phases, I can normally get through with minimal damage, but it’s the soul phase that gets me, mostly the lasers or crescent blades
I was amazed at how much they borrowed from dark souls for some of the bosses in this game. The move where he winds up and teleports before swinging is straight out of DS3

Tornado and Needle Kirby can throw stars as well. Also, I beat every form of Dedede in this game on the first go blind with Normal Kirby, with one Defense or Tomato (the Phantom Mask one i just had defense, and he left me with 1/4 of one life bar).

I died at the black hole because I thought it was over, then ended up not being able to retry. Damn it
how are you doing the cartwheels and dodges? I can get to the final phase but then the orb destroys me with the lasers.
You can suck up the flesh balls to lower the amount of lasers and that phase become more manageable
The cartwheels, you hold guard aka the R or L button and flick the analog stick in the direction you want to go, to do a slow mo dodge, do the Dodge Roll right before the enemy's attack connects.

For some reason I tried beating her on the black hole part but it was hard for me to do, I tried using the life up but I though it will work.
I cant beat this with upgraded morpho sword and here is this dude beating with nothing
I can't seem to defeat the orb at the end; I double my life bar & keep a damage increase in stock as well as use the morpho night ability but it always beats me - maybe I'll use a projectile ability next time like the space ranger or just dump the ability at the orb boss & inhale instead, although I never saw it drop stars but that's probably because I had an ability
I used double HP and a M Tomato to do it without abillity, and i still took damage so this is really, really impressive! 😎

How to Finale:
1:30 is that actually damage or the HP bar showing up for no reason?
It shows if you stop for a bit, but if it stays there after moving again you got hit by something.

Used the morpho knight power to beat it on my second run with the extra buffs and a tomato for safe keeping, thing is in my second run I didn’t need the extra bar of health or the tomato lol
so were you always able to "flurry rush" in this game? because if i had known that maybe i wouldn't have given up 100%ing
The trailers for this game introduced a Dodge mechanic and tells you in the Options menu, which was brought over from Void Termina as you did flurry Rushes when he passed Kirby by spamming Star Shots in bullet time.
i wish you got to do the full-speed farewell thing again in the finale of this boss, would've been so epic
Just curious, but can you also no-hit the giant homing laser that gets shot at you in phase 1 when it lasts too long?

Yes you can do it two ways Dodge Roll backwards to avoid it but slow down so you have enough room to do that a few more times until the laser disappears after letting it follow you by running left or right.
You can float when it moves since your flight isn't nerfed during boss fights but don't let go until it disappears.
@@u.dplaythroughs8486 and for "cheeseless" strats, would you consider just running a valid strat? (don't worry, I'm only asking this for myself, I wouldn't let you do such a hard and painful thing)

@@u.dplaythroughs8486 update: I now beat the fight without abilities and almost no dodging or hovering. I completely avoided the homing laser, but couldn't quite avoid the light projectiles that go over the ground.
Those spears, Try sliding repeatedly see if that works, but you come to a stop making the second one unavoidable.
I found this boss legit harder than some major Elden Ring bosses (like Godrick).

I JUST DEFEATED CHAOS ELFILIS ON MY SECOND ATTEMPT FEW HRS AGO USING THE MORPHO KNIGHT SWORD +1 hffff I can’t imagine not using *anything* but blowing stars at the orb the whole final fight. wow I’m impressed 😂
When i was helping my cousin with the ultimate cup Z they took one look at the poster and said "why are they white" and i nearly died.
At 5:44 I realized that the attack is based of one of drawcia's soul attack (Kirby's Canvas Curse)
man it’s so overused when it comes to soul battles..normally marx attacks do be reused in some soul battles..but drawcia’s soul attacks are more overused..

1:32 why does the health bar pop up, it only pops up when you have an item or are damaged from what I have seen in game and those spears looked a lot like they were touching Kirby
If you stop your health bar appears for a while and disappears again if it stays there permanently you got hit by something, it looks like the light spears home on you but if you run left or right you won't get hit, but slightly press up when moving and it'll hit you, for the airborne ones you have to hover as you'll get hit if you try to jump, the spinning spear attack as long as you float she won't hit you, for the giant illusion Spear attack jump once only as just running will hit you.
