Pile 1 and 3 - Was watching for a colleague and although he mostly has good things to say about me, I was confused on what he thinks about missing deadlines. I work 12-13 hours daily, we are overburdened and he works 5-6 hours only even though he is supposed to work 8-10 hours, produces low quality work and marks it as complete. I have to pick up his slack or improve the quality since my work is dependent on his work. He takes lots of vacation and also hardly ever informs the bosses in advance. It's always on the spot vacation. My bosses have this habit of talking bad about every employee infront of every other employee to get the details out about other person and looks like my bosses must have went to him to talk bad about me and they came to me to talk bad about him... looks like he is not catching this tricks of my bosses.
