If the Asantehene had solicited the views of the public before undertaking this wonderful project, most of the people who are here praising him would have strongly opposed it and some would have even insulted him for not using the money to build factories to employ the youth. Now those people are impressed and praising him. Some Ghanaians talk too much. If the President had kept the building of the National Cathedral in secret and then finished it and unveiled it as a place for holding national event and a tourist centre that can earn the country income, most of us would have been humbled like how this project has shut the mouths of all those too knowing people who know the COST of EVERYTHING but the VALUE of NOTHING. If he had done it that way like how he renovated Kwame Nkrumah memorial park in secret and showed the final work, people would have praised him just as they did with the Kwame Nkrumah memorial park.
