She looked like a strong enemy of Kösem but in the end she was not strong enough. I liked how she saved Kösem and her children and how she was protecting Ahmed. She loved him instead of his grandmother. I loved actress so much. After Aslihan (Halime) and Beren my most favorite actress.

You are SO right ! That is what I like about her character. There is more to Hümaşah Sultan than meets the eye. She can be so irritating one minute and so deeply moving the next.
Beautiful women and talented actresses both of them !

I like Humasah better than anyone since Hurrem! Who is the actress? It's not that she's more beautiful than the others, it's that her emotions show so beautifully on her face.

The translation is proof why we need gender pronouns.

I've noticed that the male gender is used; in the translation; when referring to the Sultanas. I just thought it was a Turkish thing.

Whose son is Iskender? So Memet ascended the throne, Safiye had another child substituted for Iskender; to save him from being slaughtered, and he was raised in secret. Who was his father? I'm not sure of the line of succession. And why wasn't Ahmed's life also forfeit? I'm perplexed.
