It was and should be. The padding is the cloth that goes over it. Please seek advice from shop you bought it from. Please do like the video and subscribe as really helps me.

Hi. My maxi cosi has an adaptor for +5kg or - 5kg behind... Do yours have one to? Mine looks like doesn't fix the Grey strap.
