The Miami Heat defeated the Boston Celtics, 111-101. Tyler Herro led the Heat with 24 points, along with Playoff career-highs in assists (14) and 3PM (6) while Bam Adebayo added 21 points and 10 rebounds. Jaylen Brown led the Celtics with 33 points and 8 rebounds. Miami set a new franchise record for 3PM made in a Playoff game with 23 on the night. The best-of-seven series is tied 1-1, with Game 3 taking place on Saturday, April 27, 6:00 PM ET, TNT.
Tyler Herro is the first player to ever total a 20+ PTS, 10+ AST, and 5+ 3PM for the Heat in a Playoff game.
21st game of 20+ PTS and 10+ REB in the Playoffs for Bam Adebayo, only LeBron James (25), has more such games for MIA.

@@mvpfocus a defensive "adjustment" by the celtics would have made a difference in the heat not breaking their 3pt playoff record. Coach mazulla admitted that they were late in contesting and they needed to make an adjusment for the next game.
"Adjustments" do have a factor in breaking season records.

I'd like to point out in game 1 the Celtics hit 22 3pt shots the Heat hit 23 3pt shots in game 2 just some perspective.
And Heat locked them up at the perimeter hence why all their buckets came from the paint, Heat just kept letting em fly, them 2s weren’t gonna win Celtics this game.
The Heat are more impressive they did it against man 2 man while Celtics against zone defense in game 1. The big adjustment Spo made is man to man switch. They switch when players after the screen and no open shots today for the Boston.
