- Can we beat Pokemon Scarlet and Violet challenge where I play as Gen 8's Unbeatable Galar Champion, Leon? His team include Charizard, and the galar starters! With extra set rules such as no terrastallizing and no items in battle, is it possible to become the best trainer in the Paldea region?

Dude it's a miracle you made it to the Cortondo gym first. I thought Leon would definitely wander to Glaceado gym and fuck up Grusha for his first gym on the first try with his unbeatable Charizad.

fun fact: Raul Julia who played M. Bison in the live action street fighters movie was actually dying of stomach cancer, he took the role of said character because his kids adored the franchise and he wanted to be in a movie that they'd enjoy.
This is a really good speedrun! There was a couple of flaws that costed time (mainly the spring section, pretty sure you can skip the first part by jumping off the first springs) but it was good!
Open world, Leon's one weakness.

The start where you pick your starters was very similar to Keegan J’s cynthia one

So the team would be Charizard, Dragapult, Haxorus, and all 3 Galar starters.
If Aegislash is on the DLC, then it would replace Haxorus as that is all 6 Pokémon Leon used in the anime 😅

I like the Gen 8 starter nicknames used. In my playthroughs I also went with Phil Collins for Grookey, had a similar theme for Sobble with 1 called Bubble07 and 1 called James Pond. For Scorbunny I played up the football/rabbit theme with Aubunnyang (Auba at the time was scoring for fun with Arsenal).

@@pandaboy4250 That's exactly right. Main/1st playthrough on Sword with Scorbunny. 3 playthroughs on Shield 1 Grookey, 2 Sobble.

The champion with the *best* sense of direction
If you catch the Dark Tera Frigibax on Glaseado Mountain and evolve it all the way into Baxcalibur it will make the battle against Hassel's Baxcalibur easier as its weakness to Dragon is removed.
The only thing that can beat Leon is going on the right path
This devoted me to get up and get my switch to play… and sit down once more
Not accurate, Leon would have been lost with directions before even finding the academy

Few ideas for next challengers:
1. Kukui
There's Lycanroc (both Midday for Kukui and Midnight for Masked Royal), Magnezone, Braviary, Crabominable (Masked Royal fight) and Decidueye.
2. Hau with Decidueye, Noivern, Alolan Raichu, one of the Eeveelutions, Kantonian Tauros, Crabominable and Komala:-)
3. Honey's and Mustard's son with a mix of their Teams: Urshifu, Luxray, Corviknight, Lycanroc, Salazzle, Blissey, Gallade
4. Wally
Gallade, Garderovoir, Magnezone, Altaria, Azumarill, Garchomp, Talonflame.
5. Blue
Arcanine, Gyarados, Tyranitar, Eeveelution (preferably Jolteon), Magnezone, Cloyster, Heracross
Blue was definitely on my list for scarlet and violet! 😅 Going to be doing sword and shield as Oak next but after that it's definitely on there!

Why have a jolteon if you have a magnazone?
@@davidbowerman3089 it's just to choose, like Arcanine/Flareon/Charizard and Gyarados/Cloyster/Vaporeon. Jolteon is faster and 2x weak to Ground and not 4.
@@k2basior would make more sense for umbreon than jolteon imo.. its just that i wouldnt run 2 electric types

You should have picked Fuecoco so that when you have a Charmander who also is a fire type it would make more sense
