That’s a whiting big dog. Great eating. Nice red also
Happy Sunday all you Fishaholics!
He’s a pro with a hole in his net 😂😂😂
I dont need any minute informations. i´m here for the complete 47:36 Minutes!!!
What a great Video again! Thank you so much!
So maybe im crazy but THIS is where i would use a kayak 😂 you're hardcore on the open water bro
That was a huge Whiting. One of my fav fish to eat
Minute 7:40 oh well that is a nice fishing pole damm
Epic!😊
I catch a TON of Northern Kingfish in the Northern Outer Banks when I venture down there every summer. They call them Sea Mullet there. That is a monster that you caught compared to the average 11 inchers I get in the surf every year. They are absolutely delicious. We like them oven fried (and being a diabetic, I use seasoned ground up pork rinds for a bit of crunch mixed with almond flour for the final breading and keto flour for the initial coat prior to the egg). Then a decent spray of canola oil on either side of the battered fish and into the oven. Saves the mess on the stovetop and a flip of them after a few minutes gets the golden brown on both sides.
Would love to tag along one time when i visit my aunt on vacation
That was a monster whiting (kingfish). Would love to get those that size up here in the Destin area.
Come to Tampa... They're everywhere 😂
Great day of fishing. Loved the video.
What a great ending with the red.
As always thanks for bringing us along.
Cheers
Excellent day !! What a variety
I want a video fishing big barracudas and another predatory fish
What a great day - congrats on that big red at the end and thanks for another awesome video.
Man - that black still water at your first stop - reminds me of backwater rivers in central Fl from my youth. That kingfish - looks like what we call whiting, usually catch them in the surf. I absolutely love 'em! Hope you enjoyed.
It was a whiting!
That kingfish is awesome table fare, my girl prefers them over flounder when they're sizable. Also known as Sea mullet or Whiting in the Carolinas and other places.
Outstanding video once again. Keep up the great content. Great showcase of the different types of fish and presentations to land them. Always entertaining and informative.
Awesome day with a great ender! ♥
Awesome video ... just moved to NC from Fl and watching this makes me feel at home! thank you!
Rich, I used to fish for moonfish (lookdowns) at Haulover docks under the lights. We used little eighth ounce pink jigs under the lights. I once caught one at 5+ lbs. The charter boat captains used them to troll for barracudas.
Nice Red!!!! The Blowfish made me laugh. Great Day on the water.
I would love one of old set ups. I would buy a use set up from you. Nice rod and reel. Nice video
That’s awesome! What a day, good stuff!
Amazing vídeo! Loved the baby snook and everything else ! ❤ catch and cook type of vids 🙌🏻 FICOU INCRÍVEL!
Awesome, thank you again.
Vudus are honestly my favorite soft plastic
bro i love these vids keep them coming
What an epic day love all the different species great job rich
Nice!💯
Also very nice looking mantis like lure.
That's something I would use
Multi species! Awesome
Awesome video! Actually, it's one of the best I've ever seen...you had a truly incredible day. New subscriber here!
Are you livescoping tarpon?!?!??!!!That is actually so cool and I've always wondered why no one does it in salt water
Great content as always, you should take the fly rod up in that basin for those tarpon. I catch 10 to 1 with a fly rod vs a spinner when it comes to back water tarpon.
Definitely a WOOOOOooo vid and a few OMG’s
Great bait for reds
Great video Rich
Awesome video
It happened to me this week, while fishing in the channels down south Miami. The fish refused both live and dead shrimp, but immediately got hooked up when I tossed them a Enrico Puglisi fly shrimp.
fish on bro!
Have been gone for a min. Good vid to come back to.
Amazing dam video and also what a red man amazing love it rich 👏
👋Rich & Karina!
Eat more 🐟. ❤
Great content
We call those southern kingfish “Whiting” in NC, an that was a GIANT
Great video as usual, love the catch and cook! Awesome PB on the redfish, that on was a puller. Your adventures out fishing is always the best, thanks for taking us along! How can I get one of those skillets?
Fishing until evening, lots of fish were released and the fish were also cooked 👍👍 47:36
Livin da dream!
High Noon
We call the Whiting in Chas. SC good eating
what a day!
This was truly an amazing video.
The ringer mullet run in a out of fresh an saltwater all day long..so it wouldn't hurt the mullet .I've lived here in Florida my whole life an never had any problems.
nice video man!
Hey fishaholic met u at the ramp on previous Friday nice day of catches especially the big red shows this waterway can recover. Can you do a video showing impact of lake O water release which started last Saturday? I’m wondering how much and fast it will affect St Lucie river
Keep it up, great job!
Where is this at I live in Port Saint Lucie near Jensen beach and in the intro I saw that bridge looks exactly like the Jensen beach causeway
Dude, You can eat that puffer fish. They taste amazing!!!
They can also kill you
That’s a nice slam day for sure! I don’t think there are many redfish around that bridge, but Rich puts in the time and seems to find inshore cobia and offshore blue marlin so why not a lost redfish or two?
We call those whiting in Texas and you will surely enjoy those filets.
We call that kingfish a “whiting” in tx
Hey buddy thank you for a nice video, are you fishing on Jensen bridge?
May I suggest you score the skin side slightly in order to cook a little faster, and more evenly. Tight lines.
Getting lure off log-your method does normally work, but all those out there using this method be cautious as it is real easy to break a rod tip doing it!!
That’s a whiting or kingfish I believe
someone caught wat they wanted i herd a weew from a boat in the distance
Just heard at the end of the vid -- I was asking what you were using for your main line and you told me about all the line set-ups. Just had to wait you out like you did that juvenile Goliath. BTW, I went to a FSW regulations conference on Goliaths and I mentioned that the commission didn't mind taking $350 for a Goliath permit -- at least NOW we know what the fish is worth to them. MONEY!
You should really try like weightless, zoom, fluke, pearl white
🎣🤙🏼
Sick bro. What river you fishing?
Bro you ate the skin 😮
Do you think the okeechobee water dumping is gonna affect the fishing?
Haha you found the dumb fish to eat it at least 😂
what kind of shrimp bait was that you tied on towards the end of the video? 36:14
How do you decide what to keep.
Do you have a fish finder???😮
What did r u using
Question if you have the time, I’m trying to get on a good bite inshore during these colder days in Florida (palm Coast), but can’t seem to find much. What’re your ideas on this?
Go to the back waters, creeks, and oyster flats. Shallow water with a dark / mud bottom. Go along highbridge rd
Not a king fish. It’s a large whiting fish. Great video by the way.
What type of boat you use on your videos?
What is the name of the knot you use on your swim bait? Thanks
I live on this river brother
Let’s fish
bigger hook to keep them on?????
What river is this? Looks awesome 😄
St. Lucie, south fork.
How does Dr. Juice work on freshwater bass?
Yeah, I've used many times in freshwater and the bass really love it!
Tight lines!
First view and comment Les go!
Awesome video as always, but one tiny critique. PLEASE, when cutting vegetables, do not hold them the way you do. You make your living fishing. Your fingers are kinda important. You do everything you can to avoid getting hooks through your skin, do the same with your knife….🤙
Bro lmao who cares u are a viewer nothing more.
@@aimfendi what? Because I’m a viewer I shouldn’t care? What a weird comment.
You ever watch him filet fish on his boat or elsewhere? He’s very skilled at it as he is catching fish so I think he knows what he’s doing
Good gravy dude, do you live in bubble wrap?
@@weatherherk1 ya, he is really skilled at filleting a fish. Wanna know why? So he gets the nicest filets possible and doesn’t waste anything. Know why he never cuts himself? Because he carefully places his hands and the knife where they need to be. Only makes sense to do that with other things. It’s just a reminder, not an order that he has to obey. Plus, I’m sure there’s lots of kids that watch his channel so showing them proper techniques is the responsible thing to do.
Mullet live in freshwater
Why florural leader?
sheesh realing in a brick
Rod*

Describe your tackle
looks like a pissed off version of a whaleye
If right handed move your spinning reel handle on the left, easier if righty !!!!!! It's a spinning reel thing...........strong arm for rod and weak for reeling !!!! Try it.....................English people mostly do it wrong !!! LOL Drop reels are on the right, most are in holders anyways..................
I don't even know what you call this slam. An ultra florida slam?
Bring your wife
dude just loves to let the fish suffer on the hook for 10 minutes before netting it. Just net it and be done bro. No need to walk in circles around the boat 6 times with a tarpon.
Why did you switch to a chest cam? Hat cam was sooo much better. The viewers didn't miss a thing! Now we get to see your hands instead of whatever you're looking at...😢
