I'm so happy, and surprised....I've never painted anything, and my attempt at this turned out so beautiful! I can't thank you enough for showing us these simple techniques so that people like myself, who're convinced they have no artistic talent, can create beauty. I've got it sitting where I can see it, and now everytime I think I can't do something, it'll be a beautiful reminder that yes I can, all I have to do is try. Thank you so much for encouraging and teaching those of us who believed we could never create beauty.

But how i saw was a modern girl with short hair and short dress caring a purse. Also the standing posture looks like a girl. Thin and pointy hands and legs.

I love the technique for the trunk! It's so elegant. The flowers are cute too of course but I've done it a lot for dreamy paintings like this, but the trunk is totally new to me and I love it!
