I have been off here about a year due to moving and no internet service, have it now, but not the best. Oh how I have missed watching you cook and your wonderful recipes and our favorite taste tester. I have always enjoyed watching and learning (who says an old woman can't learn new things, right}. I love my air fryer. I haven't used my oven once since I got it. I have prepared very few frozen items, I cook fresh meat, poultry and veggies in half the time. Thanks for the recipes. I'll be making the ribs very soon.

Now I know what I’m buying my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas this year and I want an air fryer too. For most of your recipes (not just this video) I usually have all the ingredients, but I notice you often use corn syrup which I don’t have. I’m curious what it adds to the recipe and if it’s noticeable if left out? As always, loving your content and your humour 😊🇨🇦
Corn syrup often helps with browning, keeping things shiny and keeping consistencies thicker than they would be if you used a different sugar source (like maple syrup) but if you can't find corn syrup, you could try replacing it with golden syrup, honey (although this may add a floral note) or just regular granulated sugar 😊
You can find corn syrup at the grocery store labeled as kyro syrup (at least I think they are the same.)

Everything looks so delicious! 😋Among your recipes, I'm anxious to try Sotteok Sotteok. I have to check if I still have the tteok in my freezer which I normally stock. 😊 I always have 'green onions' in my garden which I use frequently for cooking. Eventually, I will try them all; except for the shrimp because of my allergies. 😥

for some reason i thought i would find a lot of uses for the air fryer, but like Aaron says i've mainly used it to warm stuff up and make things crispy(which is fine as it is convenient).
