Here are some features I suggest to spice up games in Killer Klowns: - The traps need to work! And they got to be fun and creative: a jack in the box with a more resistant and smart type of lackey trapped inside (activated when a human passes close by), an issue of some naughty magazine to place on an empty container and get a human perv to stop for precious seconds to admire it (best klown ambush tool ever), itching powder tampering with human's action commands, false escape objects reporting position... - Make it worth it to go through the trouble to cotton candy up humans: once a player is dead, make it possible for the klown to suckle the cocoon and get a temporary boost in life, speed or strength. It'd force the humans to act quickly if they don't want the game to snowball in the favor of their enemies. - Have (randomly present) party crashers, like a mini tornado, a bigfoot, a ridiculous 50s style sea creature or a farm animal who went rogue and decided to stun both humans and klowns to ruin their lives. - Have a casual mode and a competitive mode. In competitive mode, you only have two slots for items and you must coop with teammates through proxy chat to delegate roles.

After all, how is a klown with a teleport tech supposed to use it if he doesn't instantly know that a teammate needs reinforcement? Sure proxy chat can do the job, but a player not wanting chat still needs to see this gameplay info. A Save or Kill outcome can be measured in seconds. It doesn't matter with humans since they're all scattered and are not supposed to have as much map mobility anyway, but it's critical to the fewer klowns. As for the cocoon health, I'd make it impossible to see, unless the klown comes to palpate the object. In the movie, you see a klown doing that as the main characters hide among them. That's how they know if their cocoons are ready to be eaten off.
if you have it in your steam libary you can make private matches with bots and everything is unlocked now or you can send a private code to your friends
A company bought the game Last Year, promised updates and did nothing for a year and let it die, after it went several months past their deadline for when they promised content. And now theyre trying to re re revive and resell it again, on a whole new steam page as a slightly different game. I wouldnt holdbout hope for VHS to be bought by a successor company

Watching this klown footage shows how bad the Jump power is. Even when you land directly on a human and "stun" them, they are gone before you can do anything.
I never got to really get into it because none of my friends wanted to play with me :( and then it ended up shutting down sadly, I'm glad that you can still play it, just no one does anymore
i wish if they add perks in KK like DBD and more important is to remove some useless animations like after klown jump or at least shortening them, and allow us to look around during animations and druing fixing or activationg as a human
The real issue is players demanding devs update them every single day and to fill in the players the second the devs make any kind of decision. Y’all just aren’t patient at all. Devs can’t say “we’re doing bad” because these games also have an entire business side to it, I’m sure they have investors and stuff they need to keep happy.
i refunded the game with 1 main reason behind it: role queu was promised multiple times and they didnt live up to their own promises, they promised that once the early pre order access would come out that role queu would be there. Once people noticed it wasnt there they did a stream and said it would be added with the day 1 patch, now weeks later and it still isnt there. The game itself should have been a max 20/25 bucks especially with all the bugs and frame drops it has on PS5

Hands' ripstall has a tiny 72 second cooldown when you go cooldown reduction level 2 as well as a bug where if you ripstall something you can then ripstall it for the rest of the game without your ability being off cooldown. It's not even a Danny counter at this point, it completely denies two escape options. I've had a lot of games where family members just face camp battery and gen at the same time cuz Hands can deny fuse and valve without even being worried about it. And after he ripstalls fuse/valve he can face camp either one of them so it becomes a 30 min game like you said if the victims aren't on coms. I've played a bunch of family and it just feels like I can turn my brain off when we have a Hands, especially when me or my friend it playing him. "Oh they turned on fuse, let me just run over there in 10 seconds and rip it out. But now because of the bug, I can ripstall it again if they put another fuse in even if my ability isn't back"
Don’t worry I asked one of their devs on Reddit and unlike killer klowns they were honest with me and told me that they are aware of it and that they are working hard on it 👍 expect it to come out on their next patch

I was a diehard VHS fan, played right until the end of public servers. I don't really like the idea of only being able to play in private lobbies, so the game is just sitting in my library. If they ever brought it back I would jump right back on. I honestly feel like one of the biggest reasons the game didn't generate a lot of cash was the decision to make the store a rotating one like fortnight. I would have felt more inclined to spend money if the cosmetics could all be unlocked without time gates. RIP VHS
It’s also definitely to easy to escape in killer klowns they have to make some adjustments then on top of that you have the revive system there is just no exciting stakes as a survivor to make you want to play and they probably know that hence forcing you to not really be able to chose 🤷🏿♂️

KK has the potential to be F13 pt.2. But shockingly the devs took out class specializations for some reason. And I have never seen a game come out, day one, with a class completely not working A.K.A trapper. And I've been gaming for 30 years. They need (in no particular order) 1. Class specialization. 2.Keybinding. 3.Preferred system. 4.A working Trapper class. If they don't have that in a week, this will be the fastest death of a game in history.
Klowns fell into the classic issue that many of these other asym games have (ESPECIALLY TCSM), they don't have a single good player on the dev team and thus cannot balance the game without tapping into the unreliable chaotic 'player feedback' where the majority of them are trying to sabotage the game for their side and any good suggestion is suppressed. It simply requires actual gaming skill to balance a game, these devs are chefs without tongues that try to cook us a meal relying purely on how much we tell them it tastes like garbage to fix it. They hear more salt from one side, more sugar from others, more toxic waste from some. Sad thing is they all keep making the same mistakes and don't learn from past failures, nor do they ever realize they need to consult people that understand how to make it better.

Random pictures with no context or other news before announcing a date - REALLY ANNOYING. Even the live streams are absolutely pointless - a half hour of the two going over pre advanced notes about the patch and another half hour of them "playing the game" where that half hour could be answering questions thay haven't been answered and think those questions can go away or be addressed at a later time because guess what- WE HAVE IN GAME COSMETICS!! The two guys running these streams THEY NEED TO GO or they need to get their shit together. My issues as it stands right now for the game- as a human- YES absolutely easy to get out and not just because of the 5 different escapes but because if you're lucky enough you'll not only spawn next to an exit but nearby will be the tools for said exit to get out and then your out of the game and need to wait. which then brings to the next issue and you pointed out - The killing of the Klowns being more fun - I sound like a broken record MAYBE even covering the same song everyone else has sang already but I'm gonna say it- They need to buff the Klowns in areas where it does matter where they feel like a threat - Minimize the weapon damage and have it vary on the class human as go whether it does less or more damage. Increase some of the Klowns health and speed..... And that Klown Jump that can stun humans or anything that can stun a human... make it ACTUALLY effective .... The other night I was Tank- just spawned RIGHT back after getting killed and I klown jumped to an area where there were 4 human attacking the other Klowns and I jumped there knowing the risks of being killed.... I jumped and LITERALLY landed on all four... somehow though one of those 4 IMMEDIATELY downed a tank in one hit and I was dead again..... AGAIN- THE TANK WITH THE MOST AMOUNT OF HEALTH. Like you said, The Horror Asymmetrical has this for a last chance and they're literallycare free about it. Frankly I love this IP and I feel they're doing a deservice to the fans with the lack of care they have. It isn't about winning or losing on either side but it's about having a good game experience and these .... clowns are just not remedying the matter.

TCM should have launched with chop top or had him as dlc by now. Bill Mosley is more then capable to still do mo cap and lines as well, doing a TCM game with a large roster and not having chop top is like having a Mario party game without Luigi. Killer Klowns has not even been out for a month and it’s between 200-500 players on steam. I’ve never seen an Asym fall off this fast. The fact the devs just don’t seem to care and keep posting random shit is crazy. Hope future devs learn from Ilfonic on what not to do.

KK is just kinda boring, I’m not a gamer, I barley play anything ever. (GTA, CoD, dbd) I was hyped for this and it’s just boring, idk why, I’m not bad at it, i didn’t grind, i like the format, but it all feels the same. When you say that online tho, u get burned at the stake, real quick. Also, if you like it, 10/10, if you think it’s perfect, good for you!
They need to nerf the humans and also change the respawns for klowns. I stopped playing after I kept getting jumped by the same humans like 5 times in the same respawn spot!

Tbh.... I think Killer Klowns is just boring. I streamed it 2 times, first time i had quite fun trying to understand, then i played offline for some time and god as someone who always prefers to play the killer side, no even choosing who i prefer to play is so bad. The game is for some reason running like shit on my PC which it's a quite budget build but not some ancient technology, it can without problems play DBD at almost 100FPS and TCM even better, both on ultra when Killer Klowns just dips to high 30 and overall FPS are everywhere, even on Medium everything, maybe it's only my problem, idk but it's weird. Okay, can we agree that there should be a tutorial in evety asym game? Like Klowns and Texas have them... But they don't teach you shit also you need to read them cause they are just blocks of text, i'm not reading all that, give me normal playable tutorial so i could even know the basics. Klowns is just a walking sim. I hate stamina, it recharges too long, maps are so big finding someone takes forever, no range weapons until level 16... WTF, i can't beat the shit out of anyone withiut gettinf closer but i can't cause everyone is faster than me cause everyone is playing an Athlet cause it's already unlocked and other classes are useless. There are just many things i hate about this game, idk it's just not for me... Good that i saw that after already playing for 3 hours so i couldn't refund it. Now TCM... I don't like prices of DLC, stamina system sucks (not as much as on Klowns), victims are rushing so games end in few seconds or hide for so long you starrting to look like grandpa but idk, besides that i had very much fun... Oh ye, i don't like the tree system, it's better but still so limiting that it just sucks. For me, DBD is the best, it's fast paced, no stamina, every chase feels so good, happen often and don't end in few seconds... Unless someone is stupid and gets downed in few seconds, then it's funny or got massively outplayed, then it just feels like second coming of Christ. Also many unique killers that don't really play the same (which i need to say, all of those 3 games do good, just i think DBD does it the best). It does have problems, many... What? I was so hyped for klowns, but the moment I saw the lack of build options on humans I was worried. Once I hit lvl 50 and unlocked all the options for clowns I bounced off harder than a klown candy gun. Back to TCM I went and lately it's been much better, cosmetics are kinda bad tho. I would only come back to klowns if they did some sort of big rework that drastically changed things. o7 klowns.
TCM was so immersive and amazing the first few weeks. Then the tryhard Victim mains ruined it by spamming everything and rushing, thus not allowing family to do the most basic setup. The devs allowed it to happen for who the fuck knows why and now if you want to play with stealth, you're at a massive disadvantage. My advice for you if Human is too easy in KK is fo go for Bunker and Portal. You say escaping is too easy, but what's too easy is killing/bullying Klowns, especially early game before they have LOL. And if it's easy to escape, stop going for boat and bridge because they're the easiest. Challenge yourself more.
Killer Klowns is a top tier game so far, TCM gameplay would just stagnate at a certain point I've had a blast playing with friends and solo I think they did a lot of play testing to not give either side too much advantage
In my opinion, Killer Klowns is better than TCM even right now, yes we know that there are many bugs and things that need to be balanced, but the base of the game is fine, it is as easy as making fewer knives and edged weapons appear and They have less useful life, the necessary escape objects and things like that, they don't need to remake the game either, I'm having a great time, removing the human premades 🤬... it may be because I come from Friday the 13th, which hasn't been happening for 6 years It updates and I don't care
On the other hand, I suppose they are taking a while with the patch because the consoles have to pass a control and on Xbox the second patch took more days, maybe they don't want to make that mistake and update all the platforms at the same time

The KK devs have already shown IMO that they are dedicated to the game for the long run. I have hope that they will keep fixing and updating the game

Killer Klowns has not even been out for a month and it’s between 200-500 players on steam. I’ve never seen an Asym fall off this fast.
The fact the devs just don’t seem to care and keep posting random shit is crazy. Hope future devs learn from Ilfonic on what not to do.

I was hyped for this and it’s just boring, idk why, I’m not bad at it, i didn’t grind, i like the format, but it all feels the same. When you say that online tho, u get burned at the stake, real quick.

Tbh.... I think Killer Klowns is just boring. I streamed it 2 times, first time i had quite fun trying to understand, then i played offline for some time and god as someone who always prefers to play the killer side, no even choosing who i prefer to play is so bad.
The game is for some reason running like shit on my PC which it's a quite budget build but not some ancient technology, it can without problems play DBD at almost 100FPS and TCM even better, both on ultra when Killer Klowns just dips to high 30 and overall FPS are everywhere, even on Medium everything, maybe it's only my problem, idk but it's weird.
Okay, can we agree that there should be a tutorial in evety asym game? Like Klowns and Texas have them... But they don't teach you shit also you need to read them cause they are just blocks of text, i'm not reading all that, give me normal playable tutorial so i could even know the basics.
Klowns is just a walking sim. I hate stamina, it recharges too long, maps are so big finding someone takes forever, no range weapons until level 16... WTF, i can't beat the shit out of anyone withiut gettinf closer but i can't cause everyone is faster than me cause everyone is playing an Athlet cause it's already unlocked and other classes are useless. There are just many things i hate about this game, idk it's just not for me... Good that i saw that after already playing for 3 hours so i couldn't refund it.
Now TCM... I don't like prices of DLC, stamina system sucks (not as much as on Klowns), victims are rushing so games end in few seconds or hide for so long you starrting to look like grandpa but idk, besides that i had very much fun... Oh ye, i don't like the tree system, it's better but still so limiting that it just sucks.
For me, DBD is the best, it's fast paced, no stamina, every chase feels so good, happen often and don't end in few seconds... Unless someone is stupid and gets downed in few seconds, then it's funny or got massively outplayed, then it just feels like second coming of Christ. Also many unique killers that don't really play the same (which i need to say, all of those 3 games do good, just i think DBD does it the best). It does have problems, many... What? What do you mean "but"? It has problems, there's no but.
Okay i think i got a bit out of track so summary: Killer Klowns i think sucks and TCM is great fun even if the devs make my blood boil with their ignorence... I didn't talked about the devs but i just remembered that, okay? Shush

I was so hyped for klowns, but the moment I saw the lack of build options on humans I was worried. Once I hit lvl 50 and unlocked all the options for clowns I bounced off harder than a klown candy gun. Back to TCM I went and lately it's been much better, cosmetics are kinda bad tho. I would only come back to klowns if they did some sort of big rework that drastically changed things. o7 klowns.
TCM was so immersive and amazing the first few weeks.
Then the tryhard Victim mains ruined it by spamming everything and rushing, thus not allowing family to do the most basic setup. The devs allowed it to happen for who the fuck knows why and now if you want to play with stealth, you're at a massive disadvantage.
My advice for you if Human is too easy in KK is fo go for Bunker and Portal. You say escaping is too easy, but what's too easy is killing/bullying Klowns, especially early game before they have LOL. And if it's easy to escape, stop going for boat and bridge because they're the easiest. Challenge yourself more.
Killer Klowns is a top tier game so far, TCM gameplay would just stagnate at a certain point I've had a blast playing with friends and solo I think they did a lot of play testing to not give either side too much advantage
In my opinion, Killer Klowns is better than TCM even right now, yes we know that there are many bugs and things that need to be balanced, but the base of the game is fine, it is as easy as making fewer knives and edged weapons appear and They have less useful life, the necessary escape objects and things like that, they don't need to remake the game either, I'm having a great time, removing the human premades 🤬... it may be because I come from Friday the 13th, which hasn't been happening for 6 years It updates and I don't care
On the other hand, I suppose they are taking a while with the patch because the consoles have to pass a control and on Xbox the second patch took more days, maybe they don't want to make that mistake and update all the platforms at the same time
It needs more gameplay variety for me to return to it.
