Scrappy FEEDSACK Quilt

This is a quilt I'm adding to as I have scraps. I'm using the leftover feedsack scraps from the pincushion BACKS that I create. They are already quilted, but when it's as large as I want (hoping king size!), then I'll put a backing on the longarm, a thin batting, then ditch stitch every 2-3" on the top. It will be a heavy quilt! I square it as I go and create long strips out of all the 'blocks'. Once I have a finished strip, then it gets sewn together.
Notice I am not concerned about directional pressing. I iron from the top to flatten as much as possible. The seams are only 1/4" and are bulky, so I'm not concerned about getting them flat. The batting that I eventually add will cover the bulky seams. As of today, February 26, 2024, the size is 60" x 70". Onward!!

Not done, just bigger!! It’s 60 x 70, headed toward a king!!
