I can always find an easy and delicious side to go with these patties, and it turns out perfect. My father made something like this when I was a little girl over 60 years ago. My mother and sister where coming home from a doctor appointment. The house smelled so go. I’m going to try this for my family. 💕
I love tuna patties. I live in Australia and my mum used to make these. We call them tuna rissoles. Maybe that's just my family. I'm going to make these tonight. Just feel like them now after seeing your beautiful yummy looking patties. Like that salad too.

Hey Rachel, I'm on an "Extreme" budget, but I love croquettes. I've done canned beef, salmon, canned chicken, & now I wana try tuna. Since I can rarely afford eggs, I've found a substitute: 1 egg=1Tbs cornstarch, 2 TBS water. It works perfectly! I add flour Instead of breadcrumbs, but I'm old, old school. They come out so tasty & crusty. Love ur videos!!!
Oh, also corned beef hash. And I always cook mine with chopped onions, red, and green onions for that amazing zing.

Following your recipe, they came out super delicious and I had them with a salad and tomato salsa. I didn’t have any breadcrumbs so I substituted with oats. I can’t wait to make them again.
