    • @toastalade

I'm glad you found an option that works well for you! If that's your only concern with reusable cups though, you do not need to wash them out in public. You can just dump out into the toilet and reinsert it. This is with the assumption that you're only needing to empty it once or twice before you're back home, if you need to empty yours more frequently I'd do more research before following the advice of someone on the internet.

I would add pure cotton tampons because sometimes people are allergic to the other ones and can’t use the regular ones. The brand i would recommend is Cora

I have a recommendation from my experience, the Midol hot packs are cool because they stick on one side however they don't stay warm long. Hand warmers are cheaper and stay warmer way longer❤❤❤

Make sure they know not to flush the wipes. They can mess up your plumbing. Great idea having the station. Looks like a lot of money went into it. The Dollar Tree heat patches are great for cramps, too. I think i used the shoulder one on my lower belly & it felt so good. I'm a 2xl, so it might be a bit big on teens. But if it fits, it's awesome. Great idea for the doggie bags! 😂❤ Size markers for the disposable undies might help, too. & a sign telling the ladies to help themselves & boys to be respectful (if needed). Labels or cutout part of the box/ packaging saying what everything is would help otherwise it could be overwhelming. Also, note any scented products because of allergies/ sensitive skin. Or just don't get the scented stuff. Also a small trashcan by the toilet is nice too. ❤❤

this is me finding out overnight period diapers EXIST. ik i prob sound dumb af but i only knew about adults using diapers for incontinence. for periods tho it’s genius… i’ve bled all over so so so so many sheets& stained through mattresses too. & if it’s that time i always shoot up from my bed in the middle of the night all anxious that i’ve once again trashed my bed & pajamas & i RUN to the toilet. what a GAME CHANGER. no one should be embarrassed to wear this but apparently ppl are bc no one talks about these!!! the heck!

❗️PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE HEAT PATCHES!! ❗️
First time I used them I ended up with blisters on my belly! (Maybe a layer in-between or something but please use caution!)

I think the idea is amazing and it being out in the open makes me so happy❤ although I do think you should probably get a thicker type of pad. I know that I personally and my sister and mom all have a pretty heavy flow especially at the beginning

Just wanted to say: Summer’s Eve has a lot of products which cause skin irritation due to the excess amount of fragrance used. Highly recommend using a medical grade sensitive skin soap/wipes for sensitive areas.

Be mindful about midol.. it has caffeine. Ive spent nights with terribke cramps unable to sleep a wink because i didnt realize this. Also it can make anxiety worse if ur not used to caffeine.

No objections, except for the summers eve, especially for pre teens! it might give them ideas that they aren't "clean enough" or something, plus! it's so bad for pH and other gynecological issues! You should remove it asap!

Completely get this just be careful. I havent done a ton of research yet but APPARENTLY tampons contain high amounts of metals like lead, arsenic, cadmium, etc, that are readily absorbed once inserted. This is also found in organic tampons. Every brand.
Be careful, be educated, be safe ❤

Two years ago I moved from my country to my fiance house in UK. Before I went there he asked all our female friends (basically they were his friends first) what are they using (as a period products) and did something like this. Now its a bit simpler, there are only 3 kind of products (August pads/tampons and a little station to clean MD/MC). His sister in law, every 3 months sends me a bunch of August products and I stock them in the cart

Those midol heat patches are so good. They warm up immediately but get hotter than a typical one so its recommended to have a piece of clothing as a barrier cause it gets hot.

If you can, for the next restock, Pamparin (Extra Strength) would definitely be a good substitute for Midol, as Pamparin tends to have a less likely chance of irritating stomachs!

You could also try L. And Cora! They are great natural brands and I love them because their products are very soft and easy to use. They make all kinds of products from panty liners to tampons and pads. I love how versatile it is!! ❤️
