    Lisa is one of those people who have a naturally healthy slim body frame, even when it seems like she "gained weight" you can tell it's mostly pure muscle. She works hard and it shows, much love to Lisa and all of Blackpink ~♡

      The only member that truly fluctuates in weight is Jisoo. Of course not that that is a bad thing but Lisa isn’t the only member of blackpink to remain consistent in weight and not lose weight for comebacks. Everyone just makes blind incorrect assumptions especially about rosé that they’ve lost weight every single time.

    I feel like part of her weight gain was also her growing into her body. We all know Lisa has long limbs. She was 19 years old when Blackpink debuted. I don't think it's too outlandish of a thought that her body developed and filled out more as a result of maturing.

    • @mann7298
      @mann7298 Před 2 lety +26

      yes, many are insisting that the gained weight is only muscle, as if anything else would be bad. change is normal anyway, and it makes sense to 'fill up' with muscle or fat as you grow up if you have been very slim when you were younger, especially if you have been very active as a kid. your metabolism usually slows down as you age, so simply growing up can explain everything.

    One of the things I notice alot is also that she never lacks energy, she always gives her best and is full of energy. You can see alot of times when idols lose weight bc of harsh diets that they suddenly lack energy in their dancing or look really tired on stage and that has never been the case wit lisa. I dont think she could have this kind of energy on stage constantly if she starved herself

      That’s bc dancing in her studio 24/7 is how she maintains the weight. Doesn’t necessarily mean she doesn’t starve at all. The dancing balances the starving. Not saying she starves all the time. Cmon u really believe she never starved during her career as a KPOP IDOL

    • @annis749
      @annis749 Před 2 lety +27

      @@khia797 i'm not saying she never starved or that she never had an unhealthy diet before, probably all idols have, especially when they were trainees or in the beginnng of their career but I was focusing more on now or the last year, where she also gained some weight. Also you can't dance/practice 24/7 in a studio if you are truly constantly starving or you'll break down at some point. I'm just saying that there's a huge difference in her energy when dancing on stage/performing than when you compare it to idols where its KNOWN they have an unhealthy diet bc they keep talking about it.

    There's a difference between being thin by starving yourself and being toned. Lisa is toned. Look at her arm muscles 13:09! You don't build muscle by starving yourself. You need to work out AND eat enough (especially protein) in order to build muscle. So her arms and legs are enough proof that she's doing that. She has so much energy as well!

    I feel like these days people are so quick to throw out the words “eating disorder” or “starvation” at anyone who is on the thinner side, wants to get healthy or wants to lose some weight and it’s so frustrating! They think that the only way to lose weight is by starving and that’s very concerning. There is something called a balanced diet, calorie deficit and exercise! I also notice that when those words are thrown around carelessly they start to get taken less seriously, just like the word “anxiety” There’s now people thinking they have anxiety disorders just because they once felt a little nervous before a test. It’s much deeper than that, every human experiences anxiety every now and then but anxiety disorders completely take over and ruin lives just like eating disorders!

    it’s actually more insane that people will automatically think skinny = diet in kpop, like lisa and all the blackpink members have said numerous times that they dont diet, and it actually shows because when you don’t starve yourself or diet in an extreme way, there are less chances that your body bounces back and makes you gain more weight that you’ve lost, hence why their body never changed extremely.

    Even when asked in interviews about their diet they have said they like having a balanced proportioned meals three times a day so why do people always seem to say something about their body and eating habits. I have seen this kind of comment saying they are worried about their weight or how they look underweight,my question to you is why,just why are you worried. Did they say anywhere they are unhealthy and weak. It is not our job as fans to dictate what an idols eats or do. Also before people come and comment about how they are worried about influencing the young fans, as a young fan let me say they haven't done any bad influencing on my eating habits. They have in all their interviews only encouraged people people eat healthy and exercise regularly to keep our bodies fit. So as a blink it never occurred for me to compare my bodies with these girls or even worry about their weight which seems to be the excuse and worry of all the netz or knetz when it comes to an idols diet influence on the fans.
    Also before people come here and comment on how they might not say the full truth of their diet or what they really do behind the camera, really do we need to scrutinize and doubt everything they say.
    If these girls are really lying about their eating habits I think the opposite should happen. Because both Lisa and Rosé are being thinshamed . If they are dieting for the sake of the fans then it doesn't make sense. As all the so called fans are actually telling them to put on weight or should I say forcing them to have curves on their body. And I am sure they have heard these so called worriness of the fans. And from what we see they are consistent and don't really do any kind of extreme eating, diet or exercise for the sake of these people. Which means they are content with their present body and are also confident and aren't shaken by these comments.
    I have also seen people just hate on them for how their bodies are and then hide behind these indirect hate comments by saying they are worried for the girls. Please don't do that.They really don't need your worries. It's fine if you don't like their music or style. We all have our own opinions. Don't watch vedios related to blackpink if you don't like them. As a multifan even I have some groups I like and dislike and I just avoid the groups I dislike. No need to spread any hate on any groups.
    And for people who say they have eating disorders pls go and learn the definition of eating disorder. It's a mental disorder where they have distorted body image which leads to them seeing as overweight or underweight. I have seen people saying that Lisa and rosé have eating disorder because they are thin . If they do have it ,then it would be anorexia nervosa where idols with this disorder would refuse to eat in front of other and lose large amount of weight in a week and starve themselves to death. Its clear these girls never shy away from saying that they have good proportioned meals and also have eaten food and asked for food if they are hungry. Rosé also said that she eats rice before any important event and we also see her eating in all the shows and etc(like in the present vogue interviews for both met gala and Paris fashion week). During their netflix swoon interview when asked who always eats, jisoo pointed out on Lisa saying she always had some packs of chocolate if she gets Hungry, and rosé pointed out how jisoo kept on drinking milk because she wants to grow tall🤣😆😁. They have no problem with having some amount of carbs and also have timely food.
    I recommend people to see the other idols videos here to know who really do have Ed and how idols with ED behave. I hope these idols don't get hate for their body and people will stop commenting on it.
    Also stop saying blackpink aren't real women because two members are thin.They are real confident women who don't need someone's approval of how their body should look. All 4 girls have been having a consistent weight for 6 years even when they got bodyshed so thats enough confirmation for all the fans and netz to stop worrying about their weight. And stop hating on the girls on how their bodies look,if someone says Rosé, Lisa , Jennie and Jisoo look beautiful,let them appreciate them. Because none of the girls made the fans feel like they have to have any particular food or diet to look a certain way. When the girls themselves encourage everyone to eat healthy balanced diet and also not shy away from trying out different cuisines then why do the knetz and netz still want to say these girls have a disorder and they are a bad influence when in reality these girls are a good influence for people who follow unhealthy diets.
    Stop creating a problem just to hate on the girls or just to make yourself look better. Sorry for the rant,I got a bit carried away. Pls don't fight in the comment section. Sorry for my grammar as eng is my second language.Again pls don't comment on their bodies , we as fans need not worry about what they eat or how they look when they have never encouraged any kind of unhealthy diets.
    Ps. I have seen in CZcams where in blinks channels when the youtuber uploads a pic of the blackpink girls saying their outfits are good or their performance are good or if they say these girls look elegant ,the comments section is filled with the so called "worried" fans who keep on saying Rosé and Lisa look underweight and they are worried for them.Pls don't comment if you really don't know what is happening behind the scenes.To just throw on words like weak and Eating disorder isn't something simple. Actually fans like these people are the ones who turn a normal healthy idol into having an eating disorder when these idols themselves never had one before. Lisa and Rosé might look underweight but we have no rights,no rights to say what they should eat and do. If you feel like they look thin then just don't shame them for it. Appreciate the other girls , say they all look nice and leave it at that. No need to hate on idols who is naturally thin. How would you feel of people said you look underweight you need to eat a lot when you are eating and exercising just fine or how would you feel if people said you rae overweight and you need to lose it when you are eating and exercising just fine. How would you feel if someone commented on your natural body by saying it's not desirable or you look bad or say you are doing a diet when in reality you just eat normally(balanced diet) and do exercise regularly.So don't comment on their body and shame on their body without knowing anything. It can really do lot of damage to these idols mental health.
    The blackpink girls are healthy and don't seem to want their fans to constantly talk about something as insignificant as their body type and weight. In pretty savage song Lisa literally said she is a skinny b*tch or skinny chick which means these girls do read those horrible comments and Rosé during her Solo premiere interview had said she loves eating and her sister Alice said her nickname in school was porky pig because she eats a lot. A foodie like her won't be able to live without food.Leave the girls alone. They are fine,of they do have something they will open up,we don't need to unnecessarily worry about them and comment on how they look.

      It's fine to have a body goal, but just remember you never can get the EXACT same body, as everyone has a different body type! The most common body type is the Pear shape for example, and you can't magically go from a pear shape to a real hourglass, though you can try to build muscle to replicate it a little :) Just wanted to mention this, as sometimes people don't seem to realize body goals are nice but also can't be fully 100% the same haha!

    As an naturally skinny(38kg /150cm), I always get body shamed and being told not eating properly, meanwhile I eat everything in the kitchen, our body just burn more calories than others, or we have short intestine so we don't absorb all calories like other people.
    I have skull sticking out of my skin but that just my natural body frame, I'm not fatigue or anything or starving myself. Is it wrong to have skinny figure??
    I think people really want adjusting every person weight with their standart, but reality everyone has their different body type :( please open your eyes, not every skinny person starve themselve!! It's just their body!!

    • @yulana990
      @yulana990 Před 2 lety +2

      Sorry to hear this :( I'm 149cm myself and struggle to lose weight instead no matter how little I eat, and my friend also is naturally skinny and can eat so many cals and not gain anything to the point it stresses him out. People really should stop acting like BMI is everything, especially when the same people who call others too skinny and "anorexic" say that the BMI is inaccurate for obesity and is flawed! It's also been shown that the BMI is very inaccurate for people udner 155cm and above 190cm or something, and for people at our height the BMI's should be higher, so you being 38kgs is actually fine!
      Some people just think anyone who's skinny HAS to have an ED or is starving which is ridiculous, and they should be ignored as they are very ignorant. You aren't even underweight BMI wise (using the BMI for shorter people), and with the normal BMI would be 3kgs underweight which is not severe and won't kill someone. Stay healthy like you are right now and try to not take those comments to heart. :)!

    As someone that's always been on the skinnier side naturally, I'm so pissed for Lisa. No one deserves to be shamed for being healthy. Some of us are naturally this skinny. I was especially thin when I was still growing. My legs were very thin and my rib cage was visible even if my arms were down. Because of my thin, curveless body, I experienced lots of bullying. I was told I was ugly because my bones were more visible. Because my backside didn't grow in until later, people shamed me for having no curves. I was only 11 when this was really bad. Even my best friends called me ugly. So when I see others being shamed for their appearance, my heart aches and I get pissed off. It makes me want to smack some of these audacious and disrespectful people with a 2X4. Keep eating healthy foods that make you happy and maintain a balance of exercise. If consistent, you'll be at your healthiest. This is what Lisa has been doing. The amount of fat and muscle on your bones will never determine how beautiful you are. What's beautiful is someone that does their best to be healthy both physically and mentally. :)

Lisa inspired me to get a bit of muscular mass, for the body type i have it is attainable for me to get a body like hers. I wasn't very happy with my body before Lisa because i have been skinny shamed my whole life. I am not saying that lisa's body is the ideal type, and i strongly believe some people might get sick trying to get it because it's not for everyone. Don't compare yourselves with someone who has very different metabolism and bone structure from you. The best is to be HEALTHYLY inspired by your fav/Idol/actor whatever that looks like to you, if you feel like that could help with your body image. And stop harrassing people for the way they look. But that's just my opinion, nobody is going to read this anyways lol

    It's because western teens are starting to try and starve themselves to be at Lisa's weight even tho most westerners have a larger frame and are taller. It's not some "agenda". It's a cultural thing. Now that media isn't constantly hating fat ppl in the west, regular ppl are turning to kpop idols to get their fix of who they want as a reason to starve themselves and diet. Westerners are obsessed with new trends in dieting, which ultimately leads to not being happy no matter what, and many just start binge eating. Either that, or they listen to quack dietitians who tell them to eat a certain way that just ends up being bad.
    If you are taller than Lisa and have a different frame size, you will not look like Lisa at her weight! Quit obsessing over numbers in weight and measurements based on outside appearance, only a doc can tell you if you're at a healthy weight and dieting right. Focus on proportion and eating gut healthy foods and balancing macros and micros, and avoiding foods that will bloat you and make you look bigger than you are. If anything, just cut out sugar and too many bready/pasta dishes. Balance is key

Some of our weights naturally stay on the low end and that's fine. One weight isn't better than another so don't put them down. Skinny shaming is the same as fat shaming and can be hurtful. I just want to say that even for people with restrictive EDs who are unhealthily underweight bodyshaming wont do anything good. Ofc if you know they have an ED dont praise their appearence either but Im sick that people have this mentality of ``Youre unhealthy do Im helping you `snap out of it´´. Making a person who alredy doesnt have themselves on high regard feel worse is an asshole move and you shouldnt do it

    I find it quite annoying how people think it’s so easy to gain weight as a skinny person and especially for people with a skinny frame too look like they have gained weight and I’m tired of people thinking skinny people can’t be body shamed and their struggle with body weight are not as severe as others plus the fact that international fans throw around the word “eating disorder “ so lightly is just not ok yall know ab one type of eating disorder and think every skinny person has it💀⁉️

    With as much Lisa dances and how much energy she always puts in, she'd be in and out of the hospital if she were starving herself to maintain her slim frame. She would've probably broken down on stage already, or it would've been apparent in her face. No one can tell me that this girl isn't healthy. Being quite slim, especially over a long period of time like hers doesn't always equal to drastic diets or E.Ds.

    She’s too gorgeous, I don’t understand people who bodyshame. Just because somebody is thin doesn’t make it ok to body shame them!

    My American kpop friends still diss Lisa's body even in her thickest eras, especially one who is overweight and has a habit of thin shaming. They don't believe there is such a thing as skinny-shaming, but I always shut them down immediately and say I won't talk about them that way and won't stay around them if they do. So many Americans still have that skinny-shaming mindset it's so sad.

    I used to be insecure about my weight until my early 20s because I was always skinny like Lisa. Growing up I use to see magazines shaming skinny people and it made me feel like I looked “sick.” It use to be very difficult for me to gain and to maintain weight up until my 30s. I only gained weight because I took between 3000-4000 calorie intake every day for almost a year and did weight training. It was VERY hard. I imagine Lisa’s body being similar because she is naturally built that way. It must be very hard for her to gain weight especially when she’s burning calories dancing all the time. There’s nothing wrong with her weight. She’s naturally beautiful.

    i don't think people understand how the human body works. if you're doing vigorous workout (in her case, dancing) and have stress upon your body, you will lose weight. that's your body responding. you could lose body fat and gain muscles, and as a dancer and performer, you have to stay healthy to do the moves. which means eating, as well as exercising, which she does. Lisa is a smart girl and starving herself is not something she wishes to do. she understands the industry and the stress and pressure it can put on idols, especially female idols. so she takes care of her health and eats. and some people are just naturally skinny.

    Lisa has a high metabolism. There is also a possibility of having an overactive thyroid. In order for Lisa to gain muscle, she has to do less cardio and eat a high-protein diet. Combine this with weight training, different forms of yoga, or calisthenics. If you watch the MONEY video you see a clear example of gaining weight due to muscle.

    I really hate the pressure that mostly girls have.No matter what you do or how you look like you get judged.
    As a young teenager I can confirm that it’s really bad to have this pressure.I never got bullied or anything but I still felt horrible for my body and face etc so I can’t imagine what victims of bullying are going through.I learnt to accept myself and I would rate everyone else to do the same thing I also didn’t believe it when I read comments like mine but if you show confidence no matter how you look like people won’t judge you and you can live your life
