How to update HP Smart Tank 580 | 585 WL Firmware to VR1.0.2
First Download the Zipp Folder

And Follow the Steps Now:-
1. Make sure unit is in idle (“00” on CP)
2. Connect the unit to laptop with USB
3. Unzip the .zip file
4. Go to folder and double click to run “EnterpriseDU.exe”
5. After searching for a while, your unit will show up in the list
a. Check the current FW ver is correct
i. LWP1CN2238LR or LWP1CN2248BR
b. Status should be “ready”
6. Tick the checkbox
7. Click “Update”
a. If prompt for PIN, input the PIN from printer front door
8. Unit should reboot automatically
a. You might see WIFI and CANCEL LED are on, and a spinning racetrack on CP
9. Please do not close the FDU, or press any button on printer
10. Unit will reboot again automatically and enter user mode. The update normally takes 3 min
a. “00” on CP
11. The FDU will prompt up with “update successful”, then you could close FDU. FW update with FDU has completed.

There is a label inside the access door.
On that label the pin is printed.

You just need to disconnect your wifi first. Then restart your printer. After restarting your printer will get ready. Then first update your printer's firmware using a laptop and USB Cable. Once your firmware gets updated. You can connect your printer thought wifi. It will works 100%. If your printer doesn't get ready you need to logg a complaint on 18002587170.
