Tennessee Is Covered In Ice - Our Most Challenging 75 Hard Workout || 2024-06

Temps have plummeted and everything on the ground has turned to ice. It has made back roads impassable and really caused a headache for residents who are not prepared for such conditions. Regardless, we still had to get our 75 Hard outdoor workout in, so we threw on boots and coats, and headed out into the elements.
This snow storm in January of '24 turned out to be the most snow in Tennessee since the Blizzard of '93. Our area of Blount County saw just about 7", while areas of Knoxville saw upwards of 11" +
