    • @scottfernandez161
      @scottfernandez161 Před 4 lety +18

      @@aazelion5189 more often than I would like. The issue is many employees feel powerless. They worry if they report it to HR they will not be believed or they will face some type of retaliation. I think there's a lot of work to do, and I would suggest to anyone being treated badly to not be afraid to report it to HR. Also, make sure to document everything, keep a journal, write what happens and the date and people involved (do this on paper or on your personal device, not a work computer or phone). If that does not work there are other resources within your State (the State Labor Board can help) and there are good lawyers who can help. I know its easy to say, but don't stay in a job where you are are mistreated.

I don't know how they remain so popular, IGN is the least credible gaming websites out there, they are truly the Fox News of gaming. I liked IGN's E3 coverage in the early 2000's but they have been on my personal blacklist for a very long time. They are incapable of making themselves feel better about themselves because of the intense child abuse they endured. It’s like a balloon where you need to inflate every so often to maintain. It's unethical on it's own but especially when it just sounds like they could be regular assholes.
      And as someone else said, NPD can absolutely be managed. Narcissism can ruin families and hurt people deeply, but it's not fair to act as if people with NPD are inherently evil when there are proven methods for treating it. Shaming and prejudice is NOT one of them.

    I had a supervisor who seemed to live to belittle people, but I never stood for it, and I would throw it right back in his face. Not sure I could have done it if he had the ability to actually fire me. I feel for these people, but I am glad it has worked out in the end for them.

    Well, they portray themselves as perfects human beings with full empathy for one another and etc... Well, well... Who would have thought that a company full of people who wants to dictate what other people think would be this toxic.

    Taking allegations as facts is real objective... Judge and jury. Sickening.
