To answer some questions on the Vocal Unit song: Hoshi inspired the song, so they put him in the video as thanks. He was talking to the members one day and apologized for something saying "It's my first time living today too" and Woozi wrote it down. And each Vocal unit member is representing some sort of societal pressure situation. You got Woozi - social anxiety. Shua turned into a meerkat because they are known for sticking their heads up and looking around and thats what he was doing at work, not interacting with anyone. Seungkwan was afraid of his alarm going off in the morning on his phone, which turned into a fish friend haha. Jeonghan was deliberately wearing the wrong prescription of glasses so he didn't have to see the future and the world (so he couldnt see "forever is a lie" on the eye test). And DK was the anxiety students face, so he turned into a rock when asked what he wanted to be when he grew up. So he shed his rock persona and threw that away, not a pet rock haha. Sorry for the long comment lol, i just think the song and the message are quite meaningful 😊
This! and just to add on for ‘Lalali’. In Korean Lalali can also be spoken as Nalali which means a delinquent or someone who does whatever they want. A “Bad Boy” if you will lol. The wordplay and the bars in ‘Lalali’ are insane! i checked out some videos that explained the lyrics for me and the 4 of them seriously went so hard! It makes me mad that i can’t understand korean bc i miss out on so much lol!

@@botchie righttttt, when you read svt songs lyrics blantly and just as it is you would think its just empty words or couraging words or they just flexing and such. But when u actually go deeper with the word play and real meaning behind the korean term and all ITS MINDBLOWING!! Thats why everytime svt made a comeback i will watch those videos who understand svt inside jokes but also those actually understands korean bcause you'll find a lot of hidden message

When i first watch the Spell mv, i can't even scream or say anything, gurl i'm too stunned even i forgot how to breath for a second😂

But lalali has the most number of things one should notice :
1) Lalali rhymes with a korean word which is nallari which basically means delinquent.
2) Vernon's middle finger😂
3) 2:41 Here the board is set up exactly like the winning game b/w Lee Sedol vs AlphaGo where Lee Sedol won against AlphaGo (an AI) So this shows hints of the maestro cb.
3) 4:10 In this scene, he spits in the tips jar which is facing backwards causing us to read it as 'Spit'
4) 4:12 Idk much about this but here the Lyrics go like "I lean on my hips at 18 degrees." which refers to hiw gansters stand. But the reason they used the number 18 could be bcs in korean 18 (Shipbal) sound similar to the swear word fuck (Shibal)

All that i’m gonna say for ‘Lalali’ is that Mingyu is my ULT. I’ve tried to deny that he is for the longest time but i can’t escape this man’s grasp 😭😭.
‘Spell’ is seriously one of my favorite things that not only the pf unit has done, but one of my favorite things that SVT has done in general! The song alone was already sooo high on my SVT song list but the MV just bumped it up even higher. The whole MV was soooo aesthetically pleasing and everything about it was beautiful. The sets and the clothing was everything!! They ATE that concept UP!!
‘Cheers To Youth’ was so touching and so real. It’s another one of those SVT songs that sheds light on the reality of what the every day person goes thru. We all got stuff going on but coming together like that can make Life much more bearable. Someone else in the comments explained the meaning of the song and how it came to be already so I won’t reiterate lol.
I know that you are super busy but whenever you get the chance (whether it’s on YT or Patreon), you gotta check out the live performances of all 4 songs! They had a concert 2 days before the actual comeback and release of the album and they performed it all with nobody in the crowd ever hearing the songs before. ICONIC

Hoshi was in the video because your favorite line in the song was words Hoshi used on a stage to the team when he made a mistake. Hoshi's line inspired Woozi to write this song and he used Hoshi's words in the first line of the song but also thu out the song. You're the best Blurry thank you!

Shua is a meercat because he is always looking out for people. And he thinks people might be annoyed by it. The note and umbrella given to him says "thank you assistant manager". So he actually has some position? Also he was in the rain at the start of the mv? Later he is relieved because people like him for that, looking around, taking care of people. That's my fav theory for now. Other things are said by others hihi.

@@blurrykpop Yeah! It's been at different stages, and I had to switch to online school. But I never realised it existed before it struck me! And never thought I'd feel seen in a k-pop song of all places, it feels comforting in a way

My mom thought I was pregnant at one point because I would throw up every morning thinking about having to go to class lol therapy and meds have helped me a lot so far but I think it'll always be a lot of work throughout my life to get past it but we got this!!
