Hi, I am happy to announce you are the winner for the free online cooking class tomorrow. Congratulations! So please contact me from nuraltan @ gmail.com to enter and more details.
I’ve been watching this channel for a while now, and love seeing and trying unique dishes from around the world. This year I was able to make the stuffed eggplant- with freshly grown veggies from my garden. My fiancé, who claims to hate eggplant, actually really enjoyed the dish! We need so many more channels that cover ethnic and traditional dishes like this one.
Hi! I’m a chef from India. I do watch food videos on CZcams for obvious reasons, and there I came across your videos and then I started watching the videos and followed you. Since then I’ve been obsessed with Turkish cuisine and I do try to make them at home. I would love to come to turkey one day to try then authentic Turkish food. But for now I would love to learn from you a lot!
We have subscribed; some time ago (from USA). We watch because 1) you are the perfect person for the presentations, 2) we like to watch you make everything, 3) you share Turkey and we can know you better. We don't cook, but we like everything you share
I love your videos, it gives me the chance to learn Turkish food and culture, as you speak English makes it easier for me to understand the ingredients and recipes besides all of the above you are so friendly and nice... good luck to you
I started following you after successfully prepared açma with your recipe. My husband is Turkish and I am Spanish, and we both live in Spain. We were missing Turkish meals a lot, thanks to your videos we can now make most of them with Spanish ingredients, thank you!
I am watching from Washington State, United States of America. I love Turkish food. My parents met in Turkey in 1945, and were married there in 1946. They were teachers. My older brother is a Turk. They stayed three years. My mother served börek, bulgar pilaf, yogurt, feta, eggplant, shish kebob, and swordfish to us as children in America. She had to travel 4 hours to buy the Turkish ingredients in those days. I visited Turkey in October 1998 with my father and sister. We discovered many more delicious foods. We visited Turkish pastry shops every night after dinner. The amazing chocolate pudding was our favorite. I am glad you are online. I am eager to learn more recipes and techniques.
Thanks for this recipe. Kolay gelsin. One of my all time favorites is Karnıyarık. I follow your channel not only because I enjoy learning delicious new recipes in your very delicate and thorough explanations but also because your love for cooking and for your culture reflects in the recipes and videos you share with us. Çok teşekkürler.
I love your cooking Chanel cause you make me feel like I’m in turkey , the food places etc . I love when you talk about turkey history I learn. Lot . Thank you for all you do ❤️💕🧚🏻♀️
I tasted this dish 7 years ago from UAE. presently I am in India. Suddenly I want to eat this dish and I am searching the recipe. I like your recipe very much. I am going to try this . Thank you.
I've visited Turkiye and have taken a food tour in Istanbul. Glad to have found someone so nice showing how to prepare the many varying dishes of the region so well. These are some of the best cabbage rolls I've seen, I special like the many eggplant dishes the Imam Bayildi is a favorite. Just found you and will watch your many travel videos too. If you haven't yet I hope you will do some at market.
I was initially interested in Ottoman architecture and women's history but finding your channel has deepened my love of Turkish culture and food and had plans before Covid to visit Turkey with many of your travel suggestions (ie kostamonu and so on). Your vlogs have also greatly helped me shop for Turkish tea and types of peppers and bulgar types at my local Meditterranean market to tide me over until one day I can visit Turkey myself
Awesome recipe....your way of teaching is excellent your accent every thing explained is attracted to me to follow u and also I love Turkish food.... Eggplant pastry and bklava is my favourite Turkish dish....I also love ur accent
This is a giant cabbage! In Pakistan we have cabbage the size of a grapefruit. But Turkey has such big cabbage. Yet this is the medium size. I'm impressed!🤩🤩🤩🤩
I follow this page because I love cooking meditterean food. Most recipes out there aren't really authentic and aren't westernized. So I really appreciate the authenticity and how detail and informative your videos are. Favourite dish is the Turkish Stew you made a year ago ❤️
Following you since the first video Allah brought to me. Just recently in seeking truth through Allah I am revealed that I am mostly Turkish. I follow you because I used to live in Turkey and love the Turkish people and foods. I live in Greece now and they make something similar but not as good as the Turkish recipe! The Palestinians also make this very well.
Good morning, each of your recipe are not only easy to make but looking yummier ... For sure I've never realized doing Sarma w/bulghur only w/rice like the Dolma ... Thanks much for sharing
Believe me or not I love Turkish cuisine, culture, drama serial and historical places. Due to coronavirus I can't visit now. But insha Allah soon I will visit ♥️♥️
Interesting... Another dish that is also pretty common i Slovak cuisine too - stuffed cabbage leaves with rice & ground meat filling. But we do not use grape leaves, woud be curious to try them... 🍽

Finally dolma being done the 'proper' way! As far as i am aware Cypriots (Turkish) do not pre fry onions, mince or anything before rolling. Thank you x
A tip for the first steps with the cabbage, cut of the stem part then freeze the whole cabbage, then when youre gonna make sarma just let it melt and then separate the leaves and roll, this saves up a lot of time and its the same (if you like the cabbage flavour just save the juices from the cabbage that come out while melting and add to the pot when cooking)
Interesting! In Egypt, we have a slightly variant recipe, we use parsley, coriander, dill, onions, tomato past, garlic and rice as a stuffing and cooke the stuffed cabbage in beef stalk. We even pickles the stem of the cabbage.
I love to eat all foods from all over the world and I stumbled upon your channel looking for delicious potato breakfast recipes and have followed you ever since. My favorite are your breakfast videos! I love the spread of veggies and olives. I love a savory vs a sweet breakfast
