- I always thought some chiptunes, especially using Atari POKEY, could work as orchestral pieces.
So I decided to orchestrate a few!
The goal is to be as faithful as possible. No notes were added other than octaves or reusing existing chords, to keep the melody intact. A few minor transitions were also added to make the layering more interesting, but this is merely a time aesthetic, not tone.

I could've polished this more but given the obscurity of this piece, I decided to upload it as it is. - Hudba
I love this version!
I really love this music, it's very underrated and I felt it deserved a tribute. I'm glad you liked it, I'm quite honored.
Why not polish it ? It will make it Shiny ! 😀

Wow , the result is outstanding . Wich software did you use ?
Clotho will be fun with a realistic church organ sound but it will not be in a pokey serie .
I cant wait to hear more .
In the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis version of Columns, Clotho was made to sound like in an organ. I imagine it with an organ too, but other instruments as well, mostly woodwinds due to the sharpness of the sound in the Master System version, which I prefer.
That being said, I have a lot of chiptunes to orchestrate in different chips and consoles. This project will definitely involve more than POKEY. Stay tuned!
