I really ended up rushing this because I wanted to get this out before Bora's graduation. (Update: Everything but two covers have been archived on her channel.)

Why have so many graduated? Some for studies and some for the lack of income. Korea has KPop + K-Dramas + K-Variety Shows. Not much space for VTubers to grow. There are also rumors floating around, such as issues with staff. Hope that helps!
Corrections + Updates:
-Bora has graduated and everything removed excluding covers.
-Nagi's birthday is on the 13th of November
-The song at 4:23 is Sonata No. 8 in C Minor Op. 13 "Pathetique" 2nd Movement by Beethoven (Thank you, Psicrom!)
-Nijisanji KR has merged into the main Nijisanji (JP) branch with Nijisanji ID (April 2022)
-Ko Yami, Lee Siu, Lee On, Shin Kiru, Han Chiho, and Song Mia have since graduated.
-Chae Ara's content has been erased with no explanation. She has previouly mentioned going to court after being called a bully.
-Ban Hada is taking a break until August due to her health.

Can i ask about July gradute wave? what happen why a lot KR gradute? and most sadly is there's a lot talented person in Gen 1 but only Suha left. And for Nagi you forgot something she's Ms. Worldwide for badmouthing or Toxic word (ID, EN, JP)

Coming back to this after discovering NijiKR awhile ago. I remember being sad upon hearing about alot of the KR graduations while getting to learn more about nijisanji. There is a clip of when Suha was talking with the EN members about how he considered graduating after all of his genmates left(This made me feel sad too and I almost teared up.) but now his channel grew and it makes me so happy to see him getting alot of love from the EN members. I miss Chiho but I hope he as well as the other graduated members are happy and doing well in their life.

I knew Nijisanji only three months ago because of EN, and I got to know more about JP, ID, KR after that. I found out that there are also many interesting and talented members in ID and KR, but so many from KR already graduated. I wish I could know Yuya, Chiho, Siu, Mia, Kiru, and other graduated KR members earlier. I am so sad that I don't have a chance to do it. I hope everyone who are still active after merge would be better and better.
I’m getting emotional after seeing this again… so many have/are graduating… I do wish them all well with everything!!

ngl I believe the maorin issue kinda fked Nijisanji KR's beginning quite a lot of the graduated compared to other branch.

@@hoohag5371 she got exposed of bullying her co-workers. And like graduated immedietly when Nijisanji found out. She also gave bad contract to 2 vtubers I guess its on them for not reading the fine print but for 2 of their original members (before they joined Nijisanji KR) they owned the model and character and said model and characters were also sold to Nijisanji so basically they got scammned.(Btw the original KR vtuber company part of it was owned by Maorin i think she had more than 50% of that vtuber company which Nijisanji bought from her)
One of them I am unsure maybe she bought it back from Nijisanji or the original contract ended but she manage to get it back from Nijisanji her name is Alice Mana. She is the only who took most of the bullying because Maorin has a huge Ego and Mana had more subs and more famous than her. The other one is doing her own thing in BiliBili as the Nijisanji embargo isn't affecting her there.
So yeah being associated with this fked them up and I said Mana was the driving force of the original KR company she is still relativly small at like I think 50-70k subs buy compaired to the rest where their below 10k majority of the original fans Nijisanji expected to get are gone then the bad reputation.

She posted an message back a few months ago on Twitter. She's going to court because someone did some pretty bad things to her. She also apologized for not clearing stuff up earlier and that she had become a liar because of it. Hope that makes sense;

What actually happened with the first gen? Why a lot of them graduated?
To my knowledge, most of them just didn't have enough traction to support themselves.
I know Yuya graduated for a variety of reasons, but one of her main ones was because of her studies.

I believe that some graduations were because of not having enough numbers, since vtubing in Korea has always been small. Korea's entertainment industry has always been really harsh.
I know Bora and Yuya, who have the highest numbers even after graduation, both left to focus on their studies.

Graduations happen for a lot of reasons when the streamer can't or doesn't want to stream anymore. They may have health complications, want to study, or just aren't making enough money.
In the case of Nijisanji KR, there are a lot of rumors that range from issues with parents to staff.

@@shownuuu7469 Yes, there's a difference between graduation and termination. With graduation, the streamer is the one deciding to stop. Termination is when the company terminates the contract. I'm glad I could help!

The main reasons are probably either not enough traction and little income or focusing on studies.
@@iseulvtuber Oh boi. I saw that a lot of them were studying, and.. that makes the money even more important. Because if you are an adult, you can, maybe, get a 4 hour job. To kinda ~~ live so-so. Survive.
But if you are doing a college, than you already have that or more. So I can kind of understand why so many of them have to stop so soon.
