Super VS Stealth (Hard) - We steal the SCUD!

We steal the Scud storm to cut down our need for bombers, although it seems we don't really have to...? I'm a little curious to see if I can just ignore the scud storm and just be more on point with my bomber building, maybe build 2 airfields and roll with that. Money, not time seems to be the limiting factor for now, and if there is anything at all that I can shave off to get even one or two extra bombers, that would shave down so much time since I don't have to be blocked by the slow A-10s, or even the painfully slow Scud storm launch animation...
