Diva Cup is a GAME CHANGER! People always ask about changing it in public but that’s the best part is you don’t need to change it in public. Wait until you have a bathroom with a sink inside the stall and then you can dump it if you need. But you can go to the bathroom and not worry about changing the tampon or sitting back into your used pad. 10/10! Please use

In dire situations in a public restroom you can just dump it in the toilet. Wipe it with a little TP and move on. Seriously life changing😊

Yes try the menstrual cup!!! Game changer. A bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, it’s less mess, less cramps, and more convenient!!

@@morenomijangos1 you can get different sizes of cups that might hold more. But most likely you’ll just have to dump it more often than someone with a lighter flow. But I would assume it should last a few hours at least! It’s worth trying out for the price I think!

Yes, I am in therapy, It really helps me, I started going when I was in my 20s and I would recommend it to everyone, I am the happiest I have ever been, but things aren't always perfect, I still have to work on communication in relationships and also get anxiety every now and then, I really like what you shared about positive self talk, that happens to me too but then I remind myself that its just simply a thought
At the end of the day if we all admit that we are only human and try not to be so hard on ourselves it makes life a little easier,

if you're afraid of the menstrual cup, definitely try the flexcup! I always said I would literally NEVER be reaching up there and pulling a full cup out bc it seemed like a recipe for disaster, but I tried the flex cup because it has a pull tab similar to a tampon and will literally never go back lol it's so much more convenient (esp for us forgetful neurodivergent girlies lol) and is relatively easy to get used to once you've done it a few times

The cup is life changing ! I’ve never worried about leaking or anything like that ! Just make sure you wash it with soap and hot water or it does start to smell a little ! And make sure you get the right size 🫶🏽

Amazing completely agree I am such an advocate for thearapy. I mine in a morning three days a week helps so much to have a positive start to the day. I try and work put on a morning otherwise I know probably will not get done. Puts me in a better mind set! I have been 😊 lately. Just been gentle on myself.
