Thanks for sharing Case for iPad 😊

What i dont like is that when the lid is opened 360 it just flaps around as it doest magnetically keep to the back. This would annoy me when sketching in hand or on my lap. Perhaps I need one with a removable cover, or I should pre order the paperlike case which has been thought through a little more and does keep the lid tidy on the back.

      Hi James.
Whilst I do have the pencil pro, that's not something I had considered as I'm mainly using it for notes. I can understand why that would be annoying though.
It's not a perfect case, but ticks most boxes for me.
Would you be better with a case that had a kickstand, not a folio style stand?

How’s the case holding up after a few months? I’m thinking of getting this for mine. I don’t have the Apple Pencil but I like the colour and it protects the sides. Also do you have and would you recommend a screen protector?

      It's still holding up great.
I've had another case on the iPad Pro the last few weeks as I'm testing it for a review. That has a Surface Pro style stand. It's a nice case and I'd more lightweight, but I do prefer the feel of my Spigen case more. Plus it protects the front of the iPad Pro. I still recommend it.
I have the ESR Amorite screen protector on line. I published a video about it at czcams.com/video/SAQeI2RjYgk/video.htmlsi=HSk0YQJjfeOtqMt5
I haven't tested any other screen protectors do can't compare, but I. I'm very happy with it.

Thanks. I was tempted to get the Otterbox statement series studio case. This seems only available from Apple and at a whopping £89.
It does look like it has the surface pro style stand. But not sure I can justify that price

@bavers I would be hesitant too as there's many good cheaper alternatives. I understand keyboard cases being a little more, but sure I would spend £100 on a regular case.

Alright, Kevin. Just a quick off topic comment. I don't know if you've ever noticed but some of the comments you start on some of my videos end up getting loads of other comments/replies and usually people wanting to correct me for my reply to you 🤣 It's mad, a few of our "conversations" have ended up being more entertaining and engaging than the videos 😆 It really surprises me just how many people want to be smart arses in the comments and try and teach the creator some kind of lesson. On that last gaming video there's obviously Apple FanBoys not being happy with what I said to you about performance. I find the whole thing bizarre, Warzone Mobile is my favourite game at the moment, I play it on the M4 iPad, iPhone 15 Pro max, S24 Ultra and now the RedMagic phone. You'd think that my opinion would count for something 🤣 Anyway, you're a f.....g trouble causer 🤣 Cheers, Dave.

Haha that's my job. Drop by, cause anarchy and leave 😂😂😂😂
It's a bit of a stereotype, but Apple users are definitely more likely to be fan boys than Android users.
I've had some crazy comments from people over the years who are annoyed that everything I said about Apole wasn't glowing; despite using some Apple products myself.

@@KevinMuldoon Alright, Kevin. You anarchist 😆
Yes, I think you are right, there does seem to be more Apple FanBoys compared to Android ones. The thing that I don't understand at all, as you've also said, is that you are obviously using the stuff, so why would anyone have a problem with someone's real-world examples and observations of something that they clearly own and use? I'm also astounded by how many Apple users will give Apple a pass when they do something wrong. I'm bored to death reading peoples' excuses for Apple's screw-ups.
I think the reason why your comments attract so much attention is because you're another CZcamsr who obviously knows what they are talking about and you ask "proper" questions or make "proper" observations bases on experience. So when you and I interact with the comments, they are proper discussions and as you know, most comments are just throw away one liners without any substance, or people not making any sense and many people who don't know what they are talking about.
I also think that many readers feel threatened by obvious high levels of experience and understanding and don't want accept that someone else knows more than they do.
      Cheers,
      Dave.

There's definitely technical people who prefer Apple, iPhones and Macs, but I've also come across Apple users who say Apple is the best, without any sound argument as to why.
Which is strange as there's many good reasons to like Apple. For example, privacy, security, updates etc.
Trips to the Apple store are always fun. I'm sure many staff are knowledgeable, but so many are clueless about everything.
iOS and Android are easy to use so for many people, they prefer what they're used to. I just find it strange that some people are so defensive about valid criticisms.
As you note, many defend Apple even when they shouldn't. The battery debacle is a good example of that. Apple should have had more negative press about that.
There are brands I like, but I don't have any real loyalty to them. Which is a good thing as most brands screw customers over in some way or another.
For example, I used to like HTC phones, but my last HTC phone was their squeeze phone. It was actually a good feature, but after six months they rolled out an update that reduced my two day battery to a day at most. That happened overnight and they never rolled out another update. Incredibly disappointing as it forced me to sell it on.
Samsung is another good example. I loved my fold 4 and their customer support was amazing when I had to return it for repair, but it should never have broken in the first place. The fact they're continually rolling out fold phones when there are major issues with the folding mechanism is a joke. They never acknowledged those issues publicly and were rolling out new versions when many were stuck with a broken one from the year before.
When I posted about smartphones more frequently, I used to attract many knowledgeable users. People who knew much more about phones that I do.
You make a good point. When others see a good discussion going, they're more likely to get involved. 👍👍👍
My comments are more random now, possibly because I've lost my regular subscribers from lack of activity.

How easy is it to take on off day once per day? I also have the Magic Keyboard and want to switch between this one at the Magic Keyboard most days. Thanks

I've but it with the intention of keeping the iPad Pro in the case at all times, but I did take it in and out a lot for the purpose of this video.
I've found it to be easy. You just need to bend the rubber back in the inner shell.
I'm not sure whether putting it in and out every day for a long period of time will affect the case in any way though.
