The first one blueoxy tap cleaner it works wonders on tiles which have water stains on it.
The second one is oxalic acid which can also helps in cleaning the tiles rust and stains

Please use gloves when you use these type of cleaning spray. Those are good for cleaning but harmful for our skin.
U got lot of information. But regarding chimney cleaning u can get caustic soda crystals in any hardware shop. It is v easy to clean with that. But u r working a lot to clean that. Try it
