I loveee her yelling!!! It really keeps me engaged and hammers the topics into my brain. Nurse Sarah has an amazing channel as well but she is too much of a softy. I find that I fall asleep during her videos whereas I am always alert and attentive to Nexus's videos!

UWORLD had a similar question for breast engorgement and it said for cabbage leaves the mechanism of action is unknown but may be related to the cold temp or a substance from the leaves!
