Caldo de pollo rojo
recipe
for 4 to 6 people
1 whole chicken
1/2 on onion
6 garlic cloves
4 branches of epazote
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
2 carrots
1 potatoe
2 zucchini
12oz of string beans
6 pieces of corn
for the sauce
8 guajillo Dried pepper
4 chile de Arbol Dried pepper (if you don't tolerate spicy food avoid this ingredient)
2 cups of water to blender the sauce
