Which effects? The jester you mean? If that is what you mean then the first one is fire that just give fire damage for a few seconds, second one is ice and it slows down the enemies, the third one is poison that when the jester throws the bomb it leaves behind poison trail that does lots of damage to enemies and lastly the purple one is confusion that makes the enemy confused and going back on the path for 2 seconds.
