Norwegian Breakaway Cannes France Port of Call on Transatlantic Cruise

Cannes France was our third port of call for our Norwegian Breakaway 16-day Transatlantic cruise on 2023-11-15.
We wanted to visit Monte Carlo in Monaco from this port, but it was sold out because we waited too late to book the excursion. We learned that we should book excursions to Monaco or Nice, France before cruises that include Cannes as a port.
